When I got in the drive thru, I was the 4th vehicle in line and I waited and waited. Each time a vehicle would leave the window, it would take 5 min before they took the next order. I finally placed my order, he asked if I wanted to upsize and I said no. When I got to the window, the total didn't equal. I ordered a $9.19 combo and he asked for approx. $11.45. When I asked about it, he responded with What? I asked again, and again got What? So on the 4th time of asking, he said I upsized. He got his supervisor to fix it. She came over and said she would change it this time, but she would have to re-ring it. Then she said "And the next time you come by, you need to order correctly". By this time I had been in line for 30 mins, so with her attitude, I told her to keep her food and drove off.

Difficult to get into and out of during rush hour. You don't wait long at all for
Champ cheeseburger Had no lettuce or tomato as advertised and the meat was old and cold with the consistency of cardboard. Fries were hot but far from fresh. Also there was no receipt with my meal. Should 2 champ cheeseburger combos cost $20+ dollars??

I went through the drive through, no one was in front of me ,yet I was told to wait, and 5 min later they took my order, service wasn't friendly at all. The food made up for it , not sure I'll be back .
