My friends took me to Chilli's for dinner on my birthday. The waitress was awesome and very attentive to our needs. We didn't feel rushed to eat and get out. She gave phenomenal service. Food is hot and delicious. One of my favorite restaurants

Let me tell you I ordered a classic sirloin with avocado and double asparagus as a side after a painstaking wait I received a simple sirloin steak no avocado but definitely enough asparagus. Upset my order was incorrect my server got Ryan the manager. Ryan rapidly resolved my issue by cooking my order himself. When Ryan returned he bought back the correct order cooked to perfection. I don't know who hired Ryan but I'm sure they are happy with the results.

I got the avocado sirloin, but they weren't ripe and very hard. The server said none of their avocados were ripe. In that case, that shouldn't have been a menu option. Just say "we're out of that" instead of serving up something of poor quality.

We had joined the queue online. The girl at the podium seemed like she had no idea what in the hell was going on. We ordered bottomless chips and salsa. We had 3 servings, mostly because the chips were so VERY greasy and we kept hoping that we'd get a good batch (never really did)
