The lady at the window was very nice but they gave me my freeze with a lid on it. Lol. I guess they don't turn them upside down anymore. Ice cream melted too fast on a 55°F day. ??Do better!

Customer service was horrid. Those people couldn't care any less about what they were doing. Mobile orders are a while debacle. The ice cream was as expected but nothing special.
Ordered a mint chip milkshake after checking the ingredients online, it was supposed to just be mint ice cream, choco chips and whip cream. Apparently they just make things however they want bc they drowned mine in chocolate syrup. Not only was is disgusting and I wasted a good $5, it upset my stomach bc it included other ingredients that it was not supposed to. Not cool for people with food sensitivities & allergies. There really needs to be more training and consistency with the menu.

Purchased 4 blizzards tonight. None were turned upside down when served and they couldn't have been. They were so soupy and weren't really even ice cream. I was disappointed and my kids didn't even eat theirs because it was so drippy.
