The service was great, and the food was amazing! The server was very patient with my son, who had never been there before and talked him through the process. Very sweet young lady. Restaurant was clean and tidy, and we were greeted upon entering the establishment. Their Christmas decorations were very nice as well.

I went here my first time cause I wanted to try something other than Chipotle and Moe's. I found that the employees aren't very good and my food was not made very well (the steak what i wanted was dried out and stuck to the bottom of the pan so i got something else). My rice was dry and crunchy ?(tho not that bad, maybe I like dry crunchy rice, but it still wasn't what i wanted) they were scraping for what little food was left. I love sour cream and they could only give me a table spoon of it? also if you get half and half, that cost extra, which is very stupid yo.But I did like this food, the peppers and lettuce tasted fresh and the salsas were very VERY good this place just needs better employees that add more food and serve it better.☺️It can't beat Chipotle in its current state?

Visited Dothan from out of town, was looking for food I can't get in Valdosta. We decided to go to this location because Google stated they close at ten, we arrived at 9:16 pm. When we opened the unlocked front door we were greeted with a female worker behind the marie bain, shouting to us that they were closed. It was mentioned that Google stated they closed at ten, to which she replied, rather rudely, with “well, we close at nine”. If you closed, you should lock door and not turn customers away SIXTEEN minutes AFTER you closed.

Food is always great...but today the crew had the front TVs volume all the way up watching a the WildNOut TV show. Has lots of adult language in it. Could not enjoy meal. Mgmt should've stepped in, but

Unfortunately, I would have to give this one a negative star if possible. The gentleman preparing the food had no clue what he was doing. If he was a new employee, someone should have helped him. Foid was barely warm. There was literally only one other person in the restaurant when we arrived. They were out of draft beer so my wife asked for a Micelob Ultra. They brought it in the bottle and sat it down on the table. No glass and they didn't even open it for her. To top it off, it was luke-warm at best. The lady said the cooler where they keep the beer (under a deck where they have to crawl under to reach it) was not working. Probably should have said that before bringing the beer to the table. Not a good experience at all. Didn't really care for it the other two times we've been there either so this was our last trip.
