Just left this place and as soon as my wife and I walked in the atmosphere was horrible...! The young lady at the front asked the cook if they had any baked potatoes since they were out of pull pork or beef.... She asked him 4 times with a very disgusting answer...As we placed the menu back on the counter and began to leave the young lady let's out a loud laugh...So unprofessional...Oh and by the way the cook has long dreads with no hair net ... I'd give them a big fat zero...I'm also posting my experience at dickeys on my social media platform...

Not very good! Bbq sandwiches very small and mine had gristle in it. Ribs were mostly bone (little meat) and way overcooked. Won’t be back.

Walked in and was greeted with someone in regular clothes not someone that had on a store shirt. Was told once I began to order they were out of pulled pork, so I ordered the 2 meat plate and baked beans and potato salad. And so did my friend she she ordered fries and baked beans. Went up there 2x to ask about the fries she ordered and the lady said she forgot them. Brisket was cold and so was the ribs. Only edible thing was the baked beans. Also food was all over the floor in the dining area. Highly disappointed. It was my first and last time. Potato salad tasted store bought.

Ordered on DoorDash. When I received my order I was missing the 10 piece wings I had ordered and they had still charged me for it. When I did open the food that was sent it was cold and they didn't send any bbq sauce or silverware. Don't waste your money on this place.

When I walked around in 6:00 pm on 1/5/24, the customer service was tip top. They were upfront about what food options weren't available at that time. I was engaged from the point of order to pickup. I have never been the person to write many reviews but I truly felt the need today. Good job Dickey's. BTW we ordered the ribs, mac & cheese and beans. It was grrrreat.
