This location has cancel my order 3 different times on different days with dumb excuses. If you don’t want to take orders late at night before closing just say it instead of making dumb excuses. 1st time excuse was we don’t have one of the toppings so they cancel my order. 2nd excuse was we don’t have deep dish and the 3rd excuse was the oven is not working. I don’t know who you have working now but this is ridiculous. I need to find a replacement and order food where they actually want to make it.
My food was made in a timely manner, the pizza was ready and hot, and the service was friendly and professional.Parking: I love that they have a drive thru ??
Such good pizzas. The quality is there and the efforts they put into running this place and being as thorough as they can be is a plus . I dont understand why so many bad reviews they try to do their best with the way people are these days. The parm breadsticks are extremely bombalicious! ? and their cinnamon twists are bomberlicious?
I've seen better pizza in a Digiorno box. Domino's quality has really nosedived over the years.If you're just looking for a hole to fill in your stomach then go with Little Caesar's or

Amazing manager with no help and by himself, he made me an X-larag pizza in less than 15 minutes super fast and friendly manager and the place was will cleaned will organized.great job.

The app only updated on my end with my contact info but not on the store end. The delivery driver couldn't reach me and returned to the store. I called and was told that even though the driver had just returned to the store and still there, I wouldn't be able to receive my order because they didn't have any drivers. I literally signed up for text alerts and was receiving updates to my current number but somehow they were unable to reach me via phone or email. The employee was argumentative and unprofessional. While on hold I was hung up on and had to call back. . Nevermind the link with doordash for their driver services. This guy had the worst customer service I have ever seen from Dominos. Needless to say, I was refunded because delivery isn't part of the job description at Domino's. I guess it's all in who you know. Horrible horrible experience. Honestly they deserve 0 stars but I understand that it's not the establishment, the problem lies within the employees and management.

Worst place In Dothan the first time I went to this place the lady at the window wanted to argue with me about giving me the correct change back I went back today in hopes of having a better experience ? I had to wait a extra 20 minutes to get my food so I went ahead and paid cash for my food like I was asked and was told to drive around just to get accused of not paying for my order I get home and all 3 of my pizzas had cheese in spots I’m never going back to this place
