Me and my friend ordered delivery from this location . Firstly the delivery guy blew a tire on the way to my residence and told me I needed to come get the food. Ok that's fine I get it things happen. Asked him where he was he said he was located at gas station about half way between the store and my place . So off I go and what do you know when we got to the gas station he was no where to be found so we tried calling him back for 5 minutes with no answer we had to text the guy and finally got a answer telling us he was actually up the road a little ways on the side of the road. This road can be pretty busy in the evening and I drive a big f250 super duty and with no where really to pull over I was forced to go half way into a ditch just to get my food . The guy acted very "idgaf" about the situation. So I called the store to see about the situation with delivery fees and what not seeing I had to go pick it up and put myself in a potentially dangerous situation of getting the back end of my truck caved in on the busy road I had to call 3 times before I got a answer and when I did get a answer I asked for a manager the woman that answered said she was the manager when I explained the situation there was no " I'm sorry for the inconvenience " infact she acted like I was a burden for calling then offered me a soda.I worked 5 years in a restaurant and another 5 in dealing directly with customers as a technician and security officer. And I know for a fact if I would of handled a situation in that manner I would actively be looking for another job. I will not personally be using this location again . I'll happily take my business elsewhere.

So tonight we decided to order and enjoy a pizza from Domino’s. It’s close by and I’m down with kidney stones so my wife went to pick it up. I had earned a free pizza using my rewards so I used them.Ordered online with ease. Well apparently this location is staffed with the most unprofessional people. My wife entered the drive-thru, pulled up to the window and waited. She continued to wait roughly 15 minutes. Now during this time, one employee came to the window, asked for the name on the order and then walked away. After waiting for that length of time, cars began filling the drive thru. An employee then yelled “We have people behind the person in the drive thru, we need them to move!” This was yelled across the store and after my wife had been there for about 15 minutes.My wife drove around the store and got back in line. When she got up to the window, again and gave them my name on the order once again when a voice bellowed out from across the store once again “make sure it’s paid for.” Clearly says on the receipt “PAID”.I don’t know who owns this particular Dominoes but rest assured I will be acquiring that info and reaching out to them to voice my displeasure.The unprofessional attitude displayed by these employees of this store is atrocious. I understand having a bad day, but this wasn’t that. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND this location.

Placed order online, after 45 min waiting I called the store only to be informed that my order was going to take 3 hours (its 7pm btw, if you had no plans on servicing me have the courtesy to cancel it yourself)

Okay, I hate to do this because I saw real effort being put forward, but the delay is something I can’t ignore. I will check back in periodically, but I did wait hours for an order of brownies. They did make up for the wait with a coupon and the delivery guy was extremely apologetic and tried to deny my tip but I gave it anyways because they are doing their best. This has to fall onto managements hands so I can’t blame the employees, it is a new store so I’m sure they will get a grip but something has to change soon if they want to remain open.
