Today is Friday October 13th at 5.15 evening, they are offering Cappuccino, but is not a barista here to make it, they said the machine make it itself and it's the worst cappuccino I ever try , but the worst is the bad attitude of the employees, the way the greeting the customers, it's not so difficult just to smile and pretend they care but, they don't respect the job that pay their bills .

They charged me $13.28 for a regular-size coffee in the Drive-Thru, ran my card as I asked them if they were sure that was the right amount. She acted like she did something with my card and handed me a piece of paper, but I checked my bank later that day and sure enough there was a charge for $13.28 and no reversal or refund. It's just crazy that female workers are so incompetent these days that they are just going to repel any business that you might get otherwise.

I’ve been going to dunkin for 4+ years and I’ve gotten the same two item twice a week, if not more. This was my second time trying this location and both experiences were horrible. Worker are very unprofessional, rude with bonnets on their heads. They made my coffee wrong twice and had an attitude about their mistake. I asked for a refund and they shorted me $2 and was mad about their mistake again.
