The burgers are just meat. No flavor whatsoever. I have never eaten a burger that had no flavor, it wasn't just mine but my husband's also. Couldn't even finish it, was horrible. Cheese curds were good though but ranch was like water. Wont be going back.

Lot of food when you want different items. Meat food needs more sauce for flavor though. Boneless wings were great! Main dish food needs seasoning.

I'm used to my Texas barbecue but I thought I would give their brisket a shot. It was sliced paper thin and still very tough. Like seriously lunch meat thin. Brisket should be 1/4" thick and easily pulled apart. It needed several more hours of smoke time. The waitress was nice and the place looked fine but the bbq was average at

We had dinner in the restaurant the other day. And we had two orders hamburger steak and 1 order of a hamburger. Food was cold and good and nasty. The place wasn't busy and it was nasty inside the restaurant. No one finished there food. I WOULD NOT recommend this restaurant to my dog.

I ordered chicken tenders with fries. I requested ranch. My server Lisa brought it out with only ketchup. When I asked my server for ranch she got an attitude. Upon her bringing the ranch out she set it on the table and walked away. When I picked the ranch up I noticed a hair floating at the top of the ranch. I asked another server who was walking by if she could get my server or if I could get a honey mustard instead because there was hair in the ranch & showed her. She kindly brought me a honey mustard and apologized. She even brought me a refill on my drink. I never saw Lisa again until it was time to pay.
First time visiting. We waited over 30 minutes for two burgers. Our food went to the wrong customer that was only there for about 5 minutes. Then one of our burger orders was wrong. Fries were cold. I was looking forward to going there, but the service was completely awful.

I have ate here a handful of times and each time my food was absolutely awful. The wings are always soggy. One time they brought me the complete wrong order. The service is always slow. Everyone is always standing around. We only had one good server and her name was Caitlyn! She kept our drinks full and made sure we had everything we needed.

Baked beans were horrible and tasted like they came out of a can...hamburger steak had no flavor and potatoes were hard....also mens bathroom had no paper towels to dry your hands off...

This restaurant has declined in quality. Most of the food just wasn't very good. I got ribs with fries and onion rings. The fries and onion rings would have actually been good if the onion rings had any kind of seasoning on them and if the fries weren't ice cold. The ribs were tough and rubbery and tasted like they were reheated in a microwave. I also got a BBQ sandwich to go for work the next day before I realized how bad the food was. It just didn't look right and smelled weird. Probably also microwaved meat. My husband ate it for lunch and said it was awful. I refused to eat it. You would think the waitress would notice I hardly touched my food but they didn't seem to care. A different one than our server came and took our uneaten food and offered to bring our bill but never brought it so we had to wait a long time for our server to return. I won't be returning here. It used to be good. I predict this place won't be in business much longer if something doesn't change. Notice when you read the reviews that most of the good ones were from years ago.
