OMG! How to be transported to an indescribable culinary Nirvana! The Hook and Ladder at THIS Firehouse Sub store is the answer. BUT you must get the Fully Involved version where the wide array of masterfully chosen ingredients are expertly mixed and blended so every bite is an experience of taste, texture, and aroma unlike any other you may have had in your experience. Mine was slightly warmed which enhanced the release of the flavors and aromas. I was just glad I was sitting down when I ate it or I would have surely fainted dead away at the magnitude of the encounter.

I’m so disappointed with the jerk turkey sub sandwich I ordered today. It tasted like the sub was watered down or soaked with water. No flavor at all. I’ve had it before and it was good. Don’t know what happened????

I went inside on November 1st 2023 at around 8:30 pm. The crew working that night was so polite and kind. Closing time was soon and they were all diligently working. Couldn’t have asked for better service from the employees!!!!

I got to take the time to talk about the employees here tonight. Came to get a sub 10 min before closing and didn't realize i left my wallet. Tried apple pay but couldn't get it to work. As embarrassing as it was, they took care of me without a question. Can't tell them how much it meant to me. Don't see a lot of that kind of love these days and I won't forget them. Got so much more than just a sandwich tonight.
Great location! Latoya is the best! She is so friendly and helpful. Everyone in the store is so helpful and they always get the order just right. We love eating here!
