Sad they didn't do onion rings anymore. Lady behind the counter was nice and pleasant. Employees were loud and I really didn't need to be able to hear their health insurance conversation across the dining room.

Asked for two separate orders in drive thru was told they don’t do that and if in the customer and have two people that want separate tickets it shouldn’t be a problem they are bringing the value of this rest down and it’s now 4;50 Alabama time and in from Georgia very did satisfied with the workers in the drive thru on this shift and in a traveling technician that works on appliances they are completely dead so they need the business to even pay there pay checks a regional manager needs to get this unit in check fast like before the workers cause this restaurant to be shut down completely

I was not a fan of Hardees, I have been all over the country so I have experienced a lot, and my opinion changed when I came to this location for both breakfast and lunch. I preferably order through the Rewards App, and my orders are always 100% accurate even when I customize the food and order. The food during peak hours is fresh. Right when the lunch menu appears is the best time to order, the food quality and freshness is outstanding! The restaurant is also very clean in addition to the staff being very attentive and friendly
I was visiting the area and had a great experience with Hardee for lunch Christmas Day. (Was glad they were open!) Service was great and food was fresh and very good. Decided to go back for breakfast today. The employee who took my order made me feel like I was bothering her with my questions. I didn't know the menu and was asking if I could add egg to certain sandwiches. She never answered my questions she just added it to the orders. Then got impatient with me when I asked to make them combos. She was mumbling and voicing her frustration to one of her coworkers while the speaker was still on and I could hear. I was just as frustrated. But gave grace because I figured she was likely a teenager. But it was very unprofessional. When I got to the window, a lady who was likely the manager continued to help me. She was professional and completed my order. The young lady who took my order was in the background texting on her phone. I knew it was her because I heard her voice. Note to the manager, the young lady would have been more customer friendly if she was not allowed to be on her phone while working. It is also unsanitary if she is handling food. The food was still very good. I will come again and was very happy I tried the food for the first time. However, we need to teach our youth how to be professional at work. Gave a low rating due to my customer experience. Customer service still matters!!!

I order a bacon egg cheese combo omelet combo and an omelet biscuit. All the biscuits where hard and not goid at all. My granddaughter didn't eat her biscuit she said it wasn't good.

We were passing through coming from graceville and we stopped at the Hardee’s on S Oates street and they were so fast with our food and it was correct. Thank y’all for the great service, we will be back soon!
