I usually love the hot apple turnovers. I was so looking forward to one for dessert. Stopped by shortly after they opened. Hoping for a nice fresh turnover…yeah, that didn’t happen!! It was clear that they had been sitting around and then reheated. Very disappointing…

Employees are rude as hell and none of them even know how to smile. Been to this one a handful of times and never seems to get better. I saw one of the Employees put her finger up at an elderly lady while she was patiently and patiently waiting on something that they screwed up on in the first place and told the lady that she needs to wait in a very rude manner to her. I'm tired of their attitude toward me and my family when we go in there along with seeing how rude they are to others. Will not be going to this one again.

Went through the drive-thru. I love Hardee's hamburgers and fries. I don't like the fact that everything costs about $10 now, but if you've got to have a $10 burger from a fast food place, Hardee's is the one you want.

The employee who was at the counter was rude ,could not answer simple questions about the food . When I received my burger the lettuce was old and brown ,and the tomato was green it was a totally disappointing experience. Sad when you travel for work and can't even have good food or good customer service . Never return to Hardee's again .

The Angus candied bacon burger Frisco Combo is disappointing, the patty is overly cooked and dry. The bacon strips are thin strips of bacon not the apparently candied thick cut bacon. The price is $15 with taxes It's billed as a premium burger, the delivery is a mediocre burger Not worth the cost If I could give it a -1 star I would have Not to be duplicated again Even Five Guys have a better product for less!
