I would give - stars if it would let me, totally disgusting! The place had no customers and they still got our order wrong. We ordered a 3 piece extra crispy breast and 2 thighs with 2 sides and a drink and then a 2 piece breast and thigh meal. Now I know it may be hard to not be able to tell the difference in extra crispy and original and it may even be hard to be able to tell the difference between a breast with a leg but people u must be able to know that 2 legs does not add up to 3. It’s almost like they just gave us what they wanted to give us. We had to wait for a long time to get the garbage that was given to us. We received no ticket and drove 25 minutes home to find the mistake. Had to call 6 times because no one answered the phone and when I finally was able to talk to the so called manager she was horribly rude and has NO knowledge of being a manager or how to deal with very unhappy customers. She would not give me her name and kept yelling at me the whole time saying she wasn’t taking crap off anyone! My advise is to stay away from this store or make sure you check your food before you leave since staff doesn’t know how to count or the difference in the chicken parts. Save yourself the grief and just don’t go! Good luck to this store remaining open and GOD help future customers. Managers are apparently desperately needed! These were our 2 meals. Geez! Went straight to the trash!

It is still very good chicken but they are inherent out of biscuits, tea or wings. Just never know.
Placed mobile order, waited 20 minutes till pickup time of 1610. Order was not ready and told waiting on fries. Finally received order at 1640, almost an hour after placing the order. At the house order was completely wrong missing large Mac and cheese, the fries I was apparently waiting on, and all dipping sauces. Food tasted old, tough, and barely warm (temp was probably from waiting so long). Biscuits were hard as a rock and yet again also cold. I will not be getting food from this location again.

Stopped by for lunch. The cashier definitely needs a class in hospitality Training. Had to ask if order was ready back staff said sorry it was up 5 minutes ago. Ridiculous service.

So Ill start off with the food was good. They were out of bbq sauce. The bad was the person running drive through. She needs training she told me to holdin/ dissappeared 3 times while trying to place an order for just 2 ppl. What, huh and a few other words are not professional responses to misunderstanding a person when they are ordering nor are a 2nd conversation while I'm trying to order. I found it a little sketchy when I handed her my card her headset died at the same time and she walked off an extended time with my card and other reviews add to my concern over this. Careful in the parkinglot some cars can get stuck/damaged in the crater holes through out.Parking: The lot has huge craters.
I was just up there and I’ll I have to say is I’m disgusted there’s a younger black lady working the cash register and everything else and there’s grown men coming in there and harassing her and all of her coworkers are letting it happen and she is doing everything we waited 40 minutes for a pot pie y’all are really disgusting people and need help to let grown men harass a minor and not do anything about it and she was doing all of the work your manager was vaping clouds infront of everyone like I’m truly disgusted and sad that happened to that young lady you guys need to fire your manager
What happened to KFC. We received the wrong order and it was too far to go back. The chicken wasn't done and tasted like it was old. The worst chicken I've ever had.

the food was great and hot, unfortunately service was horrible. Had to have had 6+ people in there but only one young female doing everything, along with constantly being harassed by GROWN men. Other employees just stood there doing nothing or hitting a vape. I pray for the lady that took my order she deserves a better work place and employees.

When we first pulled in, we thought it might have been closed and under construction. That’s how run down and bad the establishment was. Against our better judgement, we went in anyway. Upon ordering, the staff accused us of trying to get something for free because we didn’t yell our order at them. Well, let’s ignore the whole interactions and fast forward to the food. My biscuit was smooshed and looked undercooked. The chicken was dripping with grease, the gravy was jelly… so was my wife and kids food… we all ate what was palatable and tossed the rest. Couldn’t even wash it down with a choice drink as they were out of about 70% of their soft drink options.Upon leaving we noticed a giant leak in the ceiling and a Home Depot bucket set up to catch it and a multi-family mouse trap sitting right out in the open.We passed two other KFCs to get to this one because maps said it was the least out of our way. Well, maps was wrong and we should have stopped elsewhere, as should youKeep in mind I love KFC, this was by far the worst food I’ve ever gotten…
