Food is way to expensive! $15 for one Italian sausage! I went to the store the next day and got a 4 pack for $8.99 and I'm sure they would of tasted the same. Save your money especially in these times don't overpay you can get way more than just one for still cheaper than the price that you can get one there.

Food here is always fresh, yes their will be a 10-15 minute wait time but that's because nothing sits under a hot lamp. All fresh food! Prices are very reasonable and portions are spot on. My favorite items are the Lemon Pepper Wings and the Polish Sausage Fries ?

J's shack was at Surgery Center South today. I decided to get two Philly Steak Combos man hands down this food was fresh, and finger licking good...I woule highly recommend to any and everyone in the area .. Thanks for such great service.

I was looking for something different but filling. So of course I asked Yelp! I found the place and it's as big as a food truck...it is a food truck. I ordered Philly fries and thought about ordering wings. Glad I didn't...it was so filling and delicious. It didn't take my order long and it was hot and fresh. I gave it 4 stars because I ordered Philly Chicken fries and they gave me beef. Yes I would try it again and I'm gonna make sure they hear my order this time.

I first experienced KJ's Shack when my son and I went to the Monterey truck show a week ago at the Peanut Festival Fairgrounds. I had their Philly Cheesesteak Combo and it was delicious. The lady who took my order was friendly and informative when I asked what came on different orders. I saw them today in front of Family Dollar which is where they are stationed for now and I had to stop and grab another one. The man that took my order was also very friendly. I DO wish they had a place to sit, but hey...baby steps. They will get there soon. Keep serving out your delicious food. You gained yourself a loyal customer!
