You can't go in and sit down in the evening to eat, but the Krystal burgers are delicious and worth the money. And the service, in my opinion, was very good my wife and I will certainly go back.

The food was fine but we waited for 20 minutes for them to bring out the food. The restaurant was empty and there was only one other vehicle there that also had a long wait. The staff was very rude. Do better Krystal!

Asked for no onions on a sackful, and every burger on the side had onions. Online order said they had one thing, we get there Krystal tells us they don't have it. Waited 35 mins for food to be completed....I think krystals is on a downfall and may have to be replaced by White Castle..... sorry Krystals, you just don't meet the standards anymore.

From time to time I like some good old Krystal’s burgers and fries. But the last three times I have ordered from them through the Door Dash App. There has been a problem with every order and the food is just not as good as it use to be and another thing is if you order from DD you better pay close attention to their prices. Because you might order something from the top of the page and almost at the end there is the same thing you just ordered. But the cost is 16 dollars cheaper?? I don’t understand how they can do that. But anyway also there is guaranteed for something to be wrong with your order and if you call them. They might pickup the phone only to tell you to call DD and DD refuses to do anything. DD is acting like I want my money back. NO FOOL JUST REORDER MY FOOD CORRECTLY AND HAVE A DASHER BRING ME MY ORDER. THEY CAN HAVE THE WRONG ORDER BACK. BUT DD IF YOU COMPLAIN TO MUCH THEY JUST DENY EVERY COMPLAINT AND ABSOLUTELY REFUSE TO CORRECT THE ORDER. SHAME ON KRYSTALS AND SHAME ON DOOR DASH.

Woman at the drive through was incredibly rude, got my order wrong and huffed at me for it, then loudly told her coworkers I was "changing" my order. It's not "changing" when that was what I ordered to start with. I ended up driving off without the food because of her bad attitude.
The drive through girl got my order wrong and when I asked for it to be corrected she got an attitude. Then she gave me food that was thrown together and missing stuff. The prices are ridiculous so getting what I actually ordered prepared the way it should be should’ve been handled better.

This place is headed downhill fast! The wait time is ridiculous. Customer service is almost non existent since the manager left. Her name was crystal or Cynthia or something like that. She had the place amazing and now it’s terrible. I wouldn’t go there if it was my last meal. Dothan Krystal’s is a joke.
