Slow,slow,slow.The staff never have the pizza ready,it be 10 or more people waiting inside and some in the car the last 3 times I went I now drive to the one by flowers hospital in the plaza.Staff here looks like they are confused some walking around some looking frustrated some looking like they wanna quit.The food is good just need better faster service it's suppose to be hot and ready not slow and steady.

Ordered the Detroit deep dish pizza and the crust was not cooked at all it was all doughy the toppings didn’t even seem to be cooked I have had a lot better pizza from here but would not recommend the Detroit deep dish if they can’t learn how to cook

Don’t bother going anytime within an hour of closing. They just stop making pizzas and don’t even offer to serve you.

I drove 45 miles to get to this place because it is the closest LC to our house in Florida. I ordered and got three pizzas. I noticed the box was partially opened. I opened and the pizza was thin crust. So I opened all three pizza's and asked the guy why he was giving me thin crust pizzas and he said they were normal. SMH we have been eating LC since I can remember over 20 years and we have never received pizza's made this bad. I may have to rethink coming back to this place. Sad to read all the comments about the pizza and no one doing anything about it

This location never has lunch specials ready at LUNCH. Really, they know they are going to sell them, not hard to average out how many you sell each day to know how many to cook. You have to wait every day, need to take the ready out of the name.Parking: Need more spaces

Nothing is hot-n-ready as advertised. Ever. Cheese pizza was poorly made so much so the cook asked the manager and she approved it to go out as she sat back in her chair while the place was very busy. Poor leadership. 7 minute wait turned into a 20 min wait only to get a poorly made pizza. Won't be back.

I have ordered thin crust in the past and they were good. This it was terrible burnt bottom in some areas. They must have someone new working and definitely does not know how to prepare a pizza. Will try again and see if they have improved.
Great quick pizza! Drink machine down, and wanted to charge me over $2 for a 16oz can of Pineapple Pepsi! I kept my $2, lol! Will be back though...

We have enjoyed Little Ceasars for years but the Westgate Location is horrible based on the last 3 visits. First visit pizza was burned. The next two visits the pizza looked like it was just thrown in the box, cut in chunks not slices and cold. The service was even worse. Store was being run by several young people playing on their phones & cursing very often in conversations. I will continue to visit Little Ceasars just not the Westgate Location.
