Ordered a burger and said only ketchup and cheese. They gave me a burger with no ketchup and cheese but everything else. Orderd two plain cheese burgers for my kids no onion because one can't eat onion. Specifically requested no onion. Everything else was removed but covered in onions. Half the fries were burnt. The only thing edible was my fiancé chicken sandwich and the chicken nuggets. We even double checked how they wrote it on the screen and it was correct. If you want timely service but your order to be basically completely wrong then go here!

Food was great , crew working hard. Female brunette manager on duty not observant of customers and when asked for ketchup, looked at us and walked off. Terrible leadership. Also she was very rude to her crew. Do better. These kiddos need good leadership.

See I built three of them in Florida and wanted Freeport Florida to in South Walton Florida and they were really good but the one I would love to have one and free love have one in another one in Ashford Alabama where I live the mayor approved they have plenty land for sale and can't remember who's they want a McDonald's there really bad the city council already voted send it to the head office and headquarters and we have plans for the new McDonald's

I went to this McDonald's on the East side of town because it was closer. The few times I've been there, some of the staff always have an attitude. I was always taught to speak Yes, No, Thank you, We appreciate your business, etc. I received my food, and said " Thank you", the young lady responded back by saying " Yeah". What kind of etiquette is that? Next time, I will be going to McDonald's near Flowers Hospital,84 West.

You'd think being in the south people would have a few more manners. This is McDonald's, not fine dining, at least treat people with respect as I'm sure most treat them.

The food is hit or miss really from what I have read on other reviews. It is right. The pies and fries are always good here, but the chicken/fish is always old. Burgers are mid. It has always been served to me way past its hold time. I can tell. Always come when it is lunch or dinner for entree items that are not burgers because if not they will be bad. Atmosphere is nice and the customer service is well. The staff is really polite. The drink machines are okay. Don't get coffee when it is not morning thought. It tastes horrible here because they let their coffee sit past their hold time for it. It is very stale.
