This store gets about 1 out of every 5 delivery orders right. I accept that the level of service from a fast food place is sub par so I’ve never made a review. But I can’t anymore. It’s ridiculous. They had an offer of order $15 and get a free Big Mac. So I order 2 double cheeseburgers, one filet o fish, and fries to qualify for the free Big Mac. When my order arrived it contained one regular cheeseburger, a fry and a Big Mac. So not only did they only put one burger in the bag, it was single not the double I ordered. And they completely left out the filet o fish.The level of incompetence required to make a mistake that big is mind boggling. I get it. It’s a horrible job. It doesn’t pay much. But I mean you are there. Doing the job. Just include all the items. Seems like a very low bar to achieve.

Went to do an interview I was set up for today, Showed up early, They where so busy couldnt take 15min to hire someone in that has experience already. Got lunch and the food you'd think was fresh because of them being busy was very nasty. Won't wast my time on that Mc Donald's again.

McDonald's is the absolute worst of the fast food chains. The food is subpar. The service is terrible. No greeting, no smile, nothing. I got the impression they hate their jobs. That is the impression they gave. The food presentation looks nothing like the ads. Do not waste your money here.

Terrible customer service and manager. Stopped by this morning to pick up my Mother in law some breakfast. Ordered a handful of item, plus a #1 egg, ham McMuffin no cheese, extra piece of ham. I knew they were busy and probably didn’t understand me.The manager at the 1st window read the order back to me and this item was wrong as I suspected. Which is okay, they were busy, I get it.I nicely ask “the first sandwich, does it have egg on it still?”Then she, the manager , responds with an attitude “That’s what I read from the receipt , isn’t it?”Me (I was floored by her response , but still nice) :No ma’am, it was suppose to be no cheese ,extra ham .Manager: “you just said yes when I asked if everything was correct”Me: “ma’am, can you just check to see if it still has an egg on the sandwich. It’s not mine and I want to make sure it’s right. “Then she YELLS through the store “NeeCee , does her sandwich have extra egg!?” Multiple timesMe: “egg, with extra ham ,ma’am”NeeCee (another manager) : “I can’t hear you.” “Yeah , yeah , okay”Manager 1: shuts the window and says “you have a good morning, THIS LADY DONT KNOW WHAT SHE WANT”I drive to the second window and ask to speak to the other manager , NeeCee. I explain to her this isn’t my sandwich and I was just trying to nicely make sure it was correct and how rude the other lady was. She apologized, corrected my order and said “I’ll speak to her about that. I apologize.”I’m always very respectful to the workers. I can’t believe that was manager one’s response.
Got there at 10:30 and order fish sandwich and sprite wanted me to wait,told him don't have time to wait ,if you start serving lunch at a certain time you should have stuff together, got fries instead of sprite and the boy handing to me its was rung up wrong worst
