Went tonight and ordered 2 double cheeseburgers with extra pickles, 2 triple cheeseburgers with extra onions, 2 fries, and 2 frappes. Initially they didn't even ring up the order correctly. It was a struggle to have them correct it. Waited forever for my food only for it to be cold. Burgers were completely wrong and my fries were cold. Frappes were ok. The burgers were cold as hell and dry. Definitely not even attempting to make the sandwich to standard for McDonald's, much less to order. Complete waste of money. And after looking at some of these reviews in addition to mine, they frequently do this. I don't even know how this place is still open. Food is garbage, service was garbage, place is trashed on the outside.

Between getting harassed by multiple employees delivering my food curbside, multiple missing items, waiting 20 minutes after ordering ahead, and having it happen on multiple occasions. I think it's safe to say I'll never be back to this location. By far the worst McDonald's in Dothan.

Mobile order, they said they didn't have it, show the order and email on my phone, still said they didn't haven't it and asked if I was sure was at the right place, they finally found it.. then I asked for some mayo, said they didn't have any. I asked if they could get some from kitchen, they said we'll they guess they can, they put maybe a teaspoon in a box. I'm guessing one if the managers, but someone back there told another employee to not touch anything if they didn't know how to read, let someone who can read and follow instructions start one of the cookers. I was there about 15 minutes, a guy came out of restroom and told them..someone really messed that up and made a horrible mess, in my 15 minutes there, nobody ever went to check on the restroom, would have liked to have washed my hands before I left but there was no way I was going in there
