Alisha was great. after waiting which was ridiculous on Saturday 4/20. the hostess older woman was oblivious. after being seated and totally ignored by tania our server Alisha came to our table Alisha was awesome we will ask for her or Mary anytime we return. we moved here 8 months ago ago from orlando and have dined here numerous times . this was the worst experience we have had. Alisha did save the day also it was my husband's birthday

This place is very popular, especially on the weekends, after years of forgetting to go, I finally went and I have to say that I can understand why this place is always packed for breakfast.There was about a twenty minute wait to be seated but there is plenty of indoor and outdoor space to wait.Once seated my drink was brought out quickly before I placed my order. The food was brought out very fast and I was very impressed with the serving portions and the taste. All of it was AMAZING, especially the cinnamon roll pancakes.Our service was great as well and our drinks were topped off several times.Very clean bathroom as well.I highly recommend this place if you are in the area.Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible

Service was great but food was a bit disappointing. We hadn't been here for a couple years and it's definitely not as good as it used to be. I got steak tips, the steak was good but the potatoes were just lackluster instant potatoes and the green beans were just okay. I don't think we'll go back any time soon.

i like this spot. the food is good, and i usually have brunch food in case you're wondering, and the bloodies are good. it's packed sundays. i never had any problems with the staff or service. no heinz ketchup which is a drag. 10/10 recommend metro diner.

We were in yesterday for the first time and it was great! Our server was Gabriella (Gabbie), she was so friendly and had the best personality. She made sure we had everything we needed from beginning to end. The food was delicious as well. We will definitely be back.

This is a very mixed review. My wife and I went here for the first time. My food was good. But my wife's had pepper in it which she is allergic to. That was not their fault. We told our waitress . However, when our waitress (who was very good) brought over her manager, things went bad. She was very non chalant about my wife's pepper allergy informing us, very flatly, that all of her grills use pepper. Evidently most of their food is packaged in a way that does not allow a dish to be made without pepper (prepackaged?) The managers only solution was to offer her a very poorly done green salad that had hardly anything in it except lettuce. We don't plan to go back.
