I’ll never understand why it’s so hard to read. I’ve had a horrible day & receiving my order with half of it missing just made it 10x worse. It literally says I ordered a you pick two.. but all I got was my soup. Please do better. This could’ve been my 13th reason.

Not my first time, I like to buy the bread bowls to go so I can buy the Panera Broccoli and Cheese soup at the store and put in the bowls at home. This time I purchased the bowls and the cashier gave me a pager to wait for the bowls. Usually the cashier just put the bowls in the bag. So I sat for 15 minutes waiting for the bowls finally the cook asked me what I was waiting on. I said a bread bowl . Just a empty bread bowl. He apologized and said we don't even see that over here the cashier should have given them to use. He offered me a cookie for my inconvenience. I told him no thank you, just teach your cashier to fill the order. I still love the bread bowls.
