Employees always friendly. Been dealing with Pizza Hut a long time but tonight they keyed our order in wrong and we got the thinnest hardest Pizza I have ever seen we could not eat it we ordered a deep dish pan pepperoni and got something as thin as a piece of paper hard as a brick tried to call several times they kept transferring me nobody did anything about it very disappointed ☹️

Decided to give this Pizza Hut another chance…big mistake. So disappointed, Both Our pizzas were burnt. The was obvious they had to replace 2 pieces that wasn’t even same size. Glad we got breadsticks they were the only thing I could eat.

Never got pizza. Pizza was ordered and was told ready in 45 minutes. When my order was “ready” according to the app, my order had not even been started. I waited for 45 minutes more and finally walked out like all the other customers.The person running register could not do the job. No employee took responsibility for expediting orders and it was the worst experience I have ever had. Will not be back.

I ordered a pizza for delivery and after over an hour of ordering never received the pizza whatsoever. I tried calling the store multiple times. I was sent to a call center the first time and they hung up on me. I called again and was put on hold indefinitely. I finally had to call the customer service hotline and cancel it. I didn't even want it anymore and I'm furious. Definitely don't want pizza hut anymore especially not this store. If I could give it a zero I would. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
