HORRIBLE CUSTIOMER SERVICE
Tried to place an order on the app but it said to call the store. Called ... She said this is the call center and that store is currently offline and not accepting orders ... And hung up. Just hung up. Way.to.go.

The pizza sauce was nothing more than tomato paste, I thought they had rum out of pizza sauce and used what they had in house. I would have returned for a refund but too much to drive back. Pizza Hut at one time was very good pizza.s , but now even store bought frozen pizza is heads above the Pizza Huts excuse for a pizza. My last visit ever!

I placed an order by phone and was given a price of $14 and change. I was told that the price was a Take Out Special for a large 3 topping stuffed crust pizza. When I arrived for pickup, I was told that the price was $25 and change. I told the server the price that I was quoted and that it was a Take Out Special. She told me that her system had no way to Honor the coupons that the Call Center was using. She then said that she could take the price down to $19.59 but that was the best that she could do. CLEARLY THERE IS A PROBLEM. After many years of patronizing this store, we have chosen to move on to DOMINOS which is located directly behind this Pizza Hut. They HONOR their prices.

My food was ok BUT….they had no lights on the exterior of building looked like they were closed being from out of town we were 15 minutes late because we could not find it in the dark…felt sorry for the older woman she looked frazzled but she was friendly ……I understand times are tough but IF you turn on lights you might just get more business

Ordered online at 7:15pm and it’s now 8:27pm. Waiting in parking along with 10 other cars. No excuse for this kind of wait. Will be going to another Pizza Hut or domino’s from now on.

Absolutely will NEVER eat here again. i placed an order in the app, was notified my order was ready in the app, even had the charge on my credit card. arrived at the location and was told they had no record of my order. the manager would not even acknowledge my receipt or payment and told me there was nothing she could do. absolutely DO NOT recommend this place AT ALL. I will not be back.

Yesterday, I went thru the drive-thru to pick up my order and I was wondering why the worker, didn't have on a face mask, also the employee coming out more than necessary. Others businesses are having their employees protecting themselves, so at this time I can't recommend your company at this time.
