I was asked to pull forward for a routine 3 piece combo. The staff was not friendly at all and did not offer or bring the condiments I asked for after a 10 minute wait. So much for fast food! I will never go back to this location.

I️ wouldn’t let my enemy eat at this restaurant! Walked in and right at the door was a soda that had spilled on the floor. It wasn’t rush hour or a busy time, and there was no urgency to mop it up. The self serve beverage station was out of order and looked like it hadn’t worked in ages. They took my order but didn’t offer any condiments and absolutely none were available for self service. I️ ordered a #1 which is a chicken sandwich. When I️ got it the bottom bun was rock hard. I️ took it back immediately and asked for a softer bun thinking they would just remake it, but no they took that same filet and put it in a new bun. There went almost 12 dollars down the drain. Would not recommend at all. Go to south side Popeyes across from Patricia lanes, probably the same owner but at least the service has been good before in the past.

Absolutely horrible service. Wanted to have an attitude, talk over me, and when I repeated the sauce I wanted I got up and paid and on receipt it says NO SAUCE. Pulled right to the bumper of the car in front of me where they’re already pulled up and comes out yelling at us “PULL UP PULL UP” So I’m gonna take my dry as f half baked chicken home with me and eat it after getting yelled at with a messed up order? No, it’s not my fault your dyed red hair self didn’t go to college, franchise owner should be ashamed of the people hired. Get better staff, what a joke. Shut this location down, the staff reflects the business here for sure.

Came in today really didn't have many workers but Mr.Wylee and Mrs.Tiffany was running all over the place and I have to commend them for that,food came out on time and fresh as usual,but to see that its people that actually work is always amazing! Thank you guys!!

Slow service and ceiling panels had water stains and black mold all over them. I can not believe they have passed any inspections by state government as it relates to food services.

Food was served quick and fresh. Good parking and Handicapped accessible. Parking lot is big and kept clean. Several access points and exits. Food is reasonably priced. They have a website and daily specials. The line moved quick, the employee that helped us was short, uninformative, and made us feel rushed. Other than that it was a good place to stop for a bite. They have chicken sandwiches, nuggets, strips, and lots of sides to choose from.

They literally have a sign on their drive through speaker that said they open at 10:00 AM. We pulled up to order at 10:13. Lady came over the speaker and said they didn’t open til 11:00. I replied back with “Your sign says 10.” And her response was “Our cook hasn’t made it to work yet.” Ridiculous.

Terrible service. Went in 2 hours before closing and acted like they were closing in 10 minutes. Couldn't accommodate a paying customer but could go above and beyond for the person getting free food behind us.

The worst Popeyes in Dothan. Employees always have an attitude and they barely ever give you fresh food. How is my food at 4:30 not fresh at all but y'all want to go up on the price for horrible quality food. They need a new crew. I had to call corporate and all because this is ALWAYS an issue no matter what time you go!!

Never Again! I used the drive through since none of Popeyes here are open inside and asked the lady “best deal on a chicken meal dinner?” So I chose the 3 piece meal but really wanted the strips not the bone in chicken- so I get up to pay and it ends up $12 with the drink. I pull over take a few bites of the tiny leg and see that the thigh is not any bigger and the not so large breast so I am ticked off and get directed to walk over to the drive through window and I tell the lady, “No way this here is worth paying $12 for!” - and her best reply is, “it’s not our fault!” as to the increase in food pricing, yet they are sure saving money not opening inside or at least not so costly. What’s truly bad is they offered me nothing at all. And it’s really about the money! I had just come from a nearby THAI restaurant where I could had a much better and larger meal for the same price. But anyway, I will not be returning to a Popeyes restaurant ever again - they have definitely gone down hill and using poor excuses for it.
Purchased a two piece combo, in drive thru, took it home and had dinner. Awesome ?

Food was horrible, wasn’t fresh at all ! Reached out to the general manager for him to remake it , he said he dropped it fresh but it wasn’t fresh , money wasted and he tells me he cant replace it again ! First off it should’ve been fresh the first time !!! Do better!!

Food was really good. But they do need more help it took to long to get my food & I was against time because I was on my lunch break. I only have 30mins & it took 20mins for my food. Other than them being short staffed there's nothing wrong. Food is very yummy. I definitely go back. They work very hard & do the best they can & I'm good with that. The chicken nuggets are jumping with the sweet heat sauce ??????

These people close their lobby most days. When I questioned them, they pointed to the # on the door. I called "Popeyes corporate" (the man could barely speak English). He tells me the store manager has to be the 1 I'd talk to. I got hung up when I told him there had to be someone there besides him I could speak with. Crazy thing is, I work directly behind them. I will go out of my way to deter ANY & EVERYone from giving them your business. You want to provide poor customer service? I can do the same-even better!
