Not sure how the food tastes yet but the service is awfully slow. We were the only vehicle in the drive thru and yes we had a family size order but it's taking forever. Maybe it will be worth the wait.

I won't bother with this business at this location again. The guy who took my order gave a big yawn when communicating what was due through the drive thru, just ordered the #1combo meal. I pay and he tells me to pull into a spot to wait for my order, almost 10 mins go by and 3 cars are still waiting, so I have to walk into the store, they have no idea what I'm talking about and they aren't busy, only 3 people inside eating. So the lady tells me to hold on, then brings my food out to me, cold, of course. I get to my car and then see the guy on the drive-thru approach. Can I help you? "I say. He then asks me,"What exactly did you order again?" Really?! I already went inside and got it myself! And yall want more money to do that?

I would be embarrassed to work here. Floor covered with water, ketchup smeared in the doorway, menu sign inside doesn't work. Employees were apathetic and didn't seem to want to be there. Popeyes needs to stop advertising a happy workforce. The staff was minimally pleasant,not rude or anything. Just overall not a good work environment. Felt sorry for them.

BE WARNED PLEASE CHECK ALLLLL OF YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE. I've been here 3 separate times and EVERY time I've come I'm either missing food or have a whole different order. Plus you have to wait over 15mins to get your food. I definitely won't come back.
