Visited this location on 10/04/23 just to be told by a girl with a massive zit next to her nose that this location doesn’t offer yogurt bowls. So I asked if I could order a smoothie that comes with yogurt but to simply pour whatever amount of yogurt comes with it, into a bowl and she wouldn’t even do that. The guy that was with her scratched his backside and then touched the food contact surfaces and the fruit over at the bowl station while he was making my younger brothers açaí bowl. Needless to say we’ll never return to this SK location again

Terrible service, ordered online and when I picked up my smoothie at the window, the guy practically shoved the smoothie in my hand without saying a word. I said thank you but the window was already shut.

The smoothie was good, no complaints there. The drive-thru time was atrocious. With three cars in front of me when i drove up, it was thirty minutes before i received a drink. Most fast-food restaurants on a bad day can serve you an entire meal noticeably faster than this store can get you a single smoothie. As for the service, it was neutral at best. No apology for the delay, no explanation, and the guy who handed me the drink just kind of glared at me. I had said nothing. This was the first time I've ever been to a Smoothie King. I believe in second chances, but am in no hurry to go back anytime soon.

This was my first time here. I was expecting sort of like tropical smoothie, only unhealthy low protein options….I was pleasantly surprised to find not just high protein, but high protein COFFEE smoothies. It was a late dinner on my way to yoga class so I asked about the caffeine content. The girl was extremely helpful, but she said she didn’t know exactly. However she did tell me what kind of coffee was included, as well as the most popular flavors. Zaele helped me pick one that I would like. I’m very picky about coffee drinks, and I’m not the type to ask for a remake if I don’t like a food item. So I was SO happy to have help picking a drink I lovedThen her coworker Jason? He had blonde hair lol. Jason without me asking looked up the exact caffeine content for the smoothie I was thinking about ordering (150 mg about 2 cups of coffee). This was so so so appreciated because I am also trying to watch my blood pressure. So I wanted the minimum to get me through my workout without making my heart race. A small smoothie with coffee was PERFECT for me. They are both very nice and helpful. I have found my new dinner option for yoga class (light meals recommended) Thank you Zaele and Jason!

The employee who was working on 10/29 around 7pm should be fired. I walked in and waited around 5 minutes as there was no one up front. After waiting as long as I did and not seeing a single person in the store I turned and headed for the door. Once I started walking to the door, I heard the door to the back slightly move so I paused a second to see if someone was coming up front. A young lady came out with her eyes glued to her phone and went over to the bathroom. She stopped so she could finish typing on her phone and did not once lift her head up before going into the bathroom. I then walked out of the store in disbelief that this actually happened. I guess my lime green shirt was not bright enough to get her attention away from her phone.

Drove from the south side of Dothan for a smoothie just to find out they don’t accept legal tender of cash. I’m not using my debit card when I wanted to pay in cash. SMH
