It had been a while since I've been to this location since they were closed for a bit. However, I came back today and it's just like I remembered. The smoothies are still great and quickly made, the service is still incredibly friendly and patient with someone like me who takes forever to decide what their fruit or vegetable choices will be, and the place is still incredibly clean. I can't believe how great this store still looks with as old as it is and as much traffic as it sees.Well, I didn't have a chance to try one of their acai berry bowls. I did of course get the gladiator smoothie which was my old favorite and it's just as great as I remember. I highly recommend this place, especially if you're in the area and looking for a smoothie.Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible

Absolutely horrible customer service. They just reopened apparently with new owners. Previous owners or set up never had an real issues with. I go today first told the way to the speaker even another one car ahead of me. I order happen to repeat the order 3 times. These are not major issues however I then get up to the windowthe girl at the window I'm trying to scan my code takes the phone from my hand and drops it on the ground. I picked my phone up from the ground and after a couple of different people they finally figure out how to scan my app. I'm eventually asked to pull up. My bowl is brought out the bowl is not even half full. I ask the gentleman that brought it out is this correct he specifically says no this isn't. I said this is not how it's supposed to look and his response was well we were busy right now and we're just trying to do the best we can. So in essence I'm being told we're busy so you're gonna have to deal with Suba product to make up for our inability to handle our job properly. I tell the gentleman no I'm not purchasing this I want to refund I then go inside and apparently speak with the owner who does acknowledge that that is not made correct at all she does give me my refund and apologizes. However if this is the service that is gonna be accepted I will not return. My family and I easily spend $300 to 400 a month at this location before closed. Granted that's not enough to close a business but it's safe to say if you treated me like this you're gonna treat others the same. And just as a side note all the guy had to say was look you're right let me get this remade for you to be a few minutes. It's sure I would I've had to wait but at least it would have shown that they were trying to make things right.

Visited this location on 10/04/23 just to be told by a girl with a massive zit next to her nose that this location doesn’t offer yogurt bowls. So I asked if I could order a smoothie that comes with yogurt but to simply pour whatever amount of yogurt comes with it, into a bowl and she wouldn’t even do that. The guy that was with her scratched his backside and then touched the food contact surfaces and the fruit over at the bowl station while he was making my younger brothers açaí bowl. Needless to say we’ll never return to this SK location again

when i first started ( about 2 weeks ago ) i started at the westgate store everyone was really quiet and standoffish but when i moved to this store i understood why ! the manager assistant manager everyone is related in some type of way and very to themselves .. talk among themselves and all !! shifts went by really slow because no one really talked to me which was fine with me .. i closed for my first time and the little sister of the manager basically does whatever she wants and nothing is said ! i got in trouble about hitting my vape in the bathroom and in the back which everyone comes to the store ( night shift ) with their vape so that couldn’t be the reason i was fired for .. i believe the real reason was because i was upset with natilie but didn’t say anything because they are very weird talk about other people among themselves when people mess up like somebody walked away without paying but two other workers was helping him because again i was new and didn’t know what certain powders were so the other workers who’ve been there so i walked off to continue to make smoothies and i was blamed for him not paying! then they lied on me and said i didnt help close but i mopped and swept the back front and lobby and bathroom so i don’t understand what’s going on .. i would not recommend working here unless your related to MANAGER not OWNER .. they are very weird pick and choose i would not recommend .
