Burgers are made from stale meat every time, and my small order of fries had "5" fries in the tiny little box.Why do all the restaurants in Dothan Alabama have such bad management and NASTY food and NASTY restaurants ?

I was starving and it was wonderful. Sorry guys but my visit last night was not good. Spent 8 dollars for a double cheese burger and I couldn't eat it, it tasted like it was made hours before I arrived.

Went down hill since Jodi doesn't work there anymore. Got yelled at because they couldn't hear me. I didn't want to yell at them. I know how it is working in customer service but no one deserves to get yell at. Do better south side Sonic.

The Sonic that looked like the ads, food was like the pictures, the staff all kind. If you want to take someone to Sonic, this is the one to stop at. Also recommend getting the frozen drinks and spiking them when you get them home. ??

I was a regular here until recently however, I have recently had the worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant here. I am a mobile app orderer, like usual, I ordered through the app, it was a busy evening, three meals took roughly 20 minutes to make. By the time we received the food my family was ready to leave so we took it home. Not checking the bag, we found a sandwich missing and we had overcooked old tots. I was annoyed and ready to move past it but when my girlfriend found mold on the bottom bun of our toddler’s burger I was done, after checking all the food and recording it, I tossed it all and called Sonic’s Emergency line.They assured me things would be taken care of and if I was to return they’d make things right. Well I returned, got on the speaker, talked to someone, the General Manager was not there so whoever was said they’d come out to talk, I sat outside my car for 30 minutes waiting on the bench in front of their door, nothing. Completely forgotten and ignored. My patience drew thin, I did not want to cause a scene so I left, and I will never be returning to this location again. This has destroyed my image of Sonic.

TERRIBLE. I've been waiting over 25+ minutes for two medium blasts that I ordered online. Pressed the button, no one ever answered. I went to another stall, thinking it may be broken, still no response and I still haven't gotten my ice cream. Wish I could give 0 stars.
