Food is amazing, service needs help more professional help that is, I won't be back to this location. We got the wrong order and drove around 3 different times to get our correct order, was there 25 mins before something was done. And ended up getting the right order that had been sitting there since we ordered it.
Would have left no star service was terrible waited 25 minutes for our food then the order was wrong then waited an additional 5 minutes for it to be tossed at me. Then the food was over cooked. Do better sonic.

We came at a not so busy time so not very many people here. Took forever for them to answer after pushing red button though. We ran our card for our order at 6:45 and waited 10min for 3 blasts, pickle fries and 2 frito wraps. The wraps were very messy.

I went to get some gift cards for Christmas & was told the gift card machine was down. What?#! Since when does gidt cards not run through the cash register? That's alright, Chic-fil-A'a cash register was working & they were glad to sell me $100.00 worth of gift cards.

I ordered 3 corn dog's and when I got home to eat they were burnt and unable to eat. It was like they were just put in the fryer and warmed up and they burnt .
Made me wait an hour and a half and I didn’t even get what I ordered.

I have always had an amazing experience with their polite carhop workers. If I could and had it I would definitely tip $100 every visit simply because kindness and politeness goes a long way nowadays. A lot of people don't realize that their attitude, tone and body language could determine how it will affect another person who could be having a good or bad day. Also it's not easy to block out your personal stuff and have to smile and act happy when you may be dealing with a death in the family financial hardship. so I really appreciate the kindness of the carhops and order takers for going above and beyond despite what they may be going through personally. Its sad people don't appreciate kindness more or pay it forward to the workers because at the end of the day we all have struggles and it's better to be kind and uplift someone who needs uplifting.

Ordered via Doordash. Wanted sausage toaster, sausage burrito and kids meal. Got bacon toaster, zero sausage in my burrito but they did include the onions I requested. Kids meal had no applesauce. Requested easy ice for my coffee. It was packed in. Tots were great though and eggs were tasty.
