Closed early before 8pm , I placed an order for my Family and when it was time for selecting my condiments and veggies they had got rid of all of it and said they were closing , so they did not perform good service at all and they were just ready to leave 2 hoursEarly .there was always fighting in the back ofThe kitchen and someone quit and walked out . Great show waiting on myFood.

The owner of the restaurant is very unprofessional and has no customer service ...she refused to give me my money back, because I wasn't paying for something that was supposed to be free to add on a sandwich I ordered. I highly recommend that you eat somewhere else if you are shopping in the Dothan Mall.The mall office has received a complaint concerning this encounter I had with her and many more from what I understand .Just avoid the place all together is my honest opinion .

Will not be back. A coworker and I walked up to the "order here" side. While we were waiting no one greeted us or acknowledged us. We saw other people walking to the other end and getting helped, so we walked over there. My coworker was infront of me in line and while she was ordering another woman walked up and stood right beside her. The woman and the cashier were apparently friends because the cashier completely ignored me and told the woman "I'll help you first since you've been standing here a while". I was there first, and there were two other people standing behind me that were there before her. They continued laughing and joking around instead of taking orders. The manager saw this and went back down to the "order here" side and signaled for me to come down there while asking if I had ordered. I said "no, she decided to help her friend first". The manager apologized and said "I'm still working on her home training". And gave me a $.77 discount. Well, the woman kept walking back to the store she worked in, and everytime the employees at subs and more needed her, they YELLED "Casey!!!!!" and waited for her to appear.(That's how I learned the woman's name) After I finally got my drink I noticed it was unsweet tea. Not the sweet tea I ordered. I went up and asked them if they'd please swap it out because it was unsweet, and the cashier who completely skipped me in line said in a rude tone "what do you mean it's not sweet?" I was already obviously aggravated about this whole situation so I matched her energy and said "the absence of sugar". She rolled her eyes and said "well the photo shows it's sweet!" (Wasn't aware a photo could show how sweet a liquid is). The manager finally handed me a new one which was actually sweet and apologized again. This whole debacle caused my coworker and I to be 35 minutes late to getting work. Apparently the only person who can get quick and efficient service here is their friend, Casey. We will never return here again. Thank goodness the mall will most likely close and that won't be an option much longer anyway.

Its pretty obvious its under new ownership, since my last visit. The veggies were sad looking & not heaped high in the containers. And though the Gyro was tasty, I was totally disappointed in the lack of ingredients. I never saw any onion slices & there was half a thin slice of tomato hidden in the couple tablespoons of meat. For $9 I expected much more. Sorry, next trip I will be in line w all the other Chick-fil A customers.

The owner is a horrible lady! Had issues with my food, ordered a sandwich and she took it upon herself to fix it the way she wanted and when I said I didn’t want those toppings she raked them off and then gave me a nasty attitude. I asked for a refund and she would only refund me for half the cost and kept the sandwich! She has a really nasty attitude. Will not go back!

Our visit started off with the lady telling the younger man working with her to shut up. When we got our food it was wrong. I asked if they could put the chilli on top of the fried and hlshe had an attitude and said she had to check the computer, even though I showed her my receipt. My daughter told me that her tea tasted awful. I tasted it and asked for a drink switch. The lady said there was nothing wrong with the tea and she had made it herself. I told her that it was not good and she rolled her eyes and walked away.

owner is a joke. treats employees like trash. food is horrible. haven’t stopped by in years. cant even get a plate of fries without them being burnt and cold. speak to the manager and get treated horribly.

Every time I go to Subs n More I ALWAYS get fries with mayonnaise and ketchup. SO good. The employees have always done their best to get the food out as quick as possible. And I if I want a lot of condiments on my burger.... I don’t have to worry about someone getting upset at me for it ???#loverofsubsnmore
