I was treated in a very bad way by the two girls who are in charge. They charged me 3 items of which I only ordered two. They didn’t want to give me my money back. The only thing they offered me was to bring me a third article. I asked to talk to the manager and there was no manager or a store manager! Very bad treatment, I felt cheated.

Sandwich was sloppy with a ton of mayo for some reason. They were not busy so I don't understand the need to slap together a sandwich. I ate it because I was starving, but I won't go back to this location again.

This is one of the best subway in Dothan. The food is always good, and one of the ladies always makes it great to stop by this location. She remembers you, and always speak to you. I live in cowarts but will definitely drive here to get great food every time, and the best customer service. Also the store is always clean.

Usually have no issues here I'm sadly to report that the food was just awful bread was flat like it wasn't done vegs. We're not crisp and I got a bone in my tooth from which was in the tuna most of all I was charged 50.00 for 2 and 1/2 sandwiches. Can't get the owner to call me and the manager says there is nothing she can do about it. Do any of you have any suggestions that can help me. My next step is I'm calling my credit card company and dispute the charges
The staff were polite and sub was delicious. Loved it.Vegetarian options: I added veggie patty with veg delight. It was delicious.

Never been to a subway where NOONE spoke to you. Sat down and ate, saw at least 6-7 people come in, never once did they say hey, welcome to subway, nothing. They stood at the counter and said “how can I help you”They didn’t speak to each other, they had no energy or good vibes. Young girls, need some management in there with them!!

This one is very clean and the bathrooms are well maintained....HOWEVER the employee here at this time is rude and short...like it's a pain to serve you. Now this person is here working alone so I will give grace for that.
