I placed an online order today for a philly and black forest ham footlongs. And let me tell you!!! My sandwiches were made to perfection! The care that went into making my food was outstanding and the lady that made it did a great job! 10 out of 10 will be back. Perfect amount of pickles and black olives. (I like a little sandwich with them) ?

The workers are but the manager is terrible. She came in while they had at least two people in line and yelled at them about not 'getting off her clock early enough'. She even went as far as to tell a customer very rudely that her coupons could not be used on certain items ?

Businesses today do not care about customer service at a store level or corporate level. This is in general for subways and Dothan Alabama. I went in to buy a foot-long with a coupon for buy one get one free they do not accept that they'll accept any other coupon, but they will not do the buy one get one free. Tried to call corporate corporate redirects you to digital reviews and I'm not wasted my time to go through 15 prompts to leave a review. I just will never ever ever ever spend another dime at Subway.!!!!

My wife got 3 subs from this location. We received our food in a filthy paper bag. Our subs wasn't even wrapped, so all of the toppings were in the bottom of the bag. I can't believe we got our food in a paper bag that looked like it came out the trash. I will be contacting a lawyer. DO NOT EAT HERE

Prices are to high for the sandwiches, and the lettuce lately is aweful. They had new worker and put only half of what was supposed to be on it. And she told me I was wrong. I said no I buy this sandwich all the time . Owner never got a call back.
