They do not take your order unless convienient for them. Also hours of operation are specific to what they feel like working. Got denied food cause they didn’t feel like making it

They got bunch of attitude and no one knows how to treat a customer. Customer service less store ever I encountered. One of the white lady and a black lady work over there got attitude like hell don’t know how to be a customer server. They need to learn how to treat customers politely they are rude.

I like the new Cantina chicken menu. But , ordered and paid for 4 packets of the avocado salsa Wasn’t included. Had to ask for them. Dirty, sticky tables. Can only order from the kiosk. Bathrooms needed cleaning. Light switch was broken in the men’s room. There’s a reason Chick Fil A has superior customer service and food.

This store is just up the road from my work. However in the last year it has gone down hill. I recently had to report the store to corporate with picture proof. When you pay for food, they send you to the parking lot to wait, this is not normal and is lazy. I was at the order box week, waited 5 mins nothing, no one in front of me at all, completely open to the window. A line formed behind ne at the speaker box and finally someone came and asked me to wait longer. I said there is a line here they replied "there are only 3 of us here". I told them in would take my money elsewhere. Last visit last week, the lobby was empty, except for 2 small children may 2 or 3 running around, they had blankets/toys and stuff lying around the dining area. I got a pic of this for corporate. The mother apparently was not in there since she drove up with some guy in her uniform and went and gathered her kids up. She abandoned them at work and left.

Placed a mobile order, went through the drive thru, the wait time was a bit long but Crystal was sweet, they were short staffed so they asked me to drive around, Crystal brought out my food, I of course checked it before I left and it was surprisingly correct, I went in to get Crystal's name and the staff was polite and nice, it's nice to have a great experience, thanks

Food was ready quickly and it was delicious. Usually I expect taco bell to be subpar but this one was on point.

The few times I've made the mistake of going to this location it looks like it has never been cleaned. There's always puddles and trash in the lobby area.

I’m with a group and we order online at this Taco Bell. We’re trying to get our food since we’re about to hit up the road and trying to leave quick. As well as I am aware, we showed up when the lunch rush was very low, meeting up with the rest of our group. We were patient while waiting for our food, but then it became busy and others were getting food before us. This started to upset us so we stand by the counter to try and get some attention from the workers. Eventually, I decided to say a word to (who I later find out was the manager) about why we were waiting for so long. She explains it’s because it was busy. I admit that with a raised tone of concern, I explained we were here before the main lunch rush. She attempts to brush me off. Here I am waiting again, wondering why it’s taking so long. More and more people are receiving their food before us and I decide to express concern again after 10 more minutes. Again, it’s brushed off. Eventually, I received my food with the most nastiness. The bags nor box not handed to me with appropriate care. I leave in a rush to get in the car and examine the food, but I find there was some errs and the box was coated in some residue of ingredients which got on my pants. By this point I was getting livid, so I walk inside and ask politely to speak with the manager. I then meet her, the woman I spoke to earlier, and I merely wanted an explanation as to WHY she handed the food to me the way she did and why she kept brushing me off. Again, her defense is that there were more people there and that I needed to “check in” if I used the app. Check in? Who woulda thunk. I was in shock, and asked, “How was I supposed to know that I had to check in? Through the app?” Her response is that she wouldn’t know because they don’t “affiliate themselves” with the app. So you didn’t bother to explain that to me until after the fact? After I asked about the hold up? She then explains that she felt I was being disrespectful toward her because of my raised tone, so she “reciprocated.” With that, I began to feel more shocked. As a manager, your first response is to be disrespectful to the customer if you feel disrespected? If you were in my shoes and had to wait 30+ for your food with zero explanation, you wouldn’t be upset? The manager continues to throw her hands up and get upset with me, and I think how someone like this is in charge? Your job is to be patient and explanatory to your customers, not excessively defensive because you felt hurt. I owed up to my tone, but I know i didn't sound like your snarky Karen. She then walks away and I get to meet her supervisor, who was exponentially nicer to me about everything. Reiterating why I was so upset to her, she apologized on HER behalf. The manager couldn’t own up either? Even talking to the supervisor, I mentioned how upset the manager was getting with me. The management here was awful and I don’t see myself coming back. Why put people into management if they can’t handle controversy?

Don't order anything with rice in it, you will end up with half a burrito that's nothing but really bland rice and the other half is everything else that's supposed to be there.

This Taco Bell is one of my faves. There’s a gentleman there who may not look very friendly, but is an absolute jewel. I also thoroughly enjoyed my power bowl this time around. All the ingredients were fresh and the chicken was juicy and tender. Good job!
