This is a great Taco Bell Location, I have visited here many times, I have visited here during all hours, I very rarely have any issues with my order as long as the Taco Bell App doesn’t error out. I always get my food customized, and never is it wrong or messed up. All orders are handled extremely well, staff are very friendly, and professional during busy hours. You can hear the expediting during rushes.Even when I order during a Rush my food is always fresh, well made and wait times short.I recommend getting your favorite meal with a Baja blast with a splash of Brisk Dragon Paradise on top.

Last night I ordered doordash, when my order arrived I had a missing item so I drove up to this location and they were happy to fix the issue without hesitation we said our goodbyes, and went our separate waysThis made me want to return to location and I look forward to my next experience with the night shift crew!

Staff has fantastic personalities and very welcoming. Mistakenly missed an item in our order but was very apologetic. We're all human, it happens. The difference would be if they were careless, but they in fact were not which makes all the difference. Food was well portioned with ingredients and soooo fresh! This location will always be our go-to. Thank you!

This store started out great and went downhill quick, the food is soggy, and sometimes your order is wrong. I'm just dissatisfied with this location and all the taco bells in Dothan Alabama,

Not great. You have to use the order kiosk. Which is filthy. Then once your food is ordered people act like they don’t even know they have customers . It was about 20 min before anyone even noticed we were standing at the counter. They finally gave us our cups and then we got our food. Ordering kiosk worst thing ever. Just made bad customer service worse. Then I got my quesadilla and it’s not even cooked enough to melt the cheese . If they aren’t cooking that enough what else are they not cooking enough. Also I got fiesta potato’s and they tasted hard like someone had cooked them earlier or the day before and just warmed them up. Nothing was good. Won’t go back

Taco Bell has gotten too expensive. The last time I went we got 2 beef burritos 2 tacos and 2 drinks for 34.00 dollars. I could have gone to a nice Mexican restaurant and got more for less.
