To be considered fine dining and the prices they charge, they could improve the atmosphere of the entire restaurant, including the restrooms.The hostess did not take us to our table, but pointed out where to go to meet our party of 9.The food was lame, steaks not seasoned. My plate didn't look appetizing, the Brussel Sprouts were burnt and black.It was my boyfriends birthday and I asked the server if they would bring him something for his birthday. We were charged $8 for a slice of birthday cake.Unheard of!!!The entire dining experience was not worth the $119 we spent for the 2 of us.Won't be going there ever again.

Food and service always on point. We went Saturday night for date night and I was not happy with my table but food was amazing, I had the pork chop and she had a ribeye, both were great. She loved her lemon drop martini and I had a couple of traditional old fashioneds

We went on Valentine's Day so I know they were super busy but my steak was room temp. on the edges and only warm in the middle. However the taste was excellent. The entrance I think could be a little more inviting, the deli counter is a little off-putting. But that's just my perspective.

We received a gift card as a wedding gift. We were looking forward to a Date night at Cellars.Here's what happened when we decided to go. I called ahead to check on wait time. I received a text that there was no wait. I responded great! We are the way and that there was 2 of us. Left my name and phone number. It took us approximately 6 minutes to arrive at the restaurant only to find that our wait time would be 40-50minutes. Oh well. We ordered drinks and waited. When we were seated a very nice waitress took our orders. My wife ordered a filet and I ordered a ribeye cooked medium rare. When our orders came the waitress brought two filets. She took took one back and quickly brought out my ribeye. It was medium rare but cool. I sent it back and the waitress returned quickly with another ribeye that was fairly tough for an Angus ribeye from the Cellar. Decided to eat it due to the time we had already spent.Paid our bill and left. No the experience we thought we would have at The Cellar.Norm Purdue.

First off the red headed bartender messed my 12.50 drink up by forgetting a liquor that went in my drink,which is fine but the attitude she had about it wasn’t.Too top it of I ordered Ahi Tuna that took an hour to come out and when it did it was COLD.I was offered a replacement but by that time my wife was half way through and I was turned off.No managers came to the table too see if there was anything they could do the server just took it off the bill.The server was great and did her job to the best of her ability,but when ownership and management show no care it shows me they will never get my 100 dollar bill on the weekends any more,we where frequent customers until this point.It looks like they need a competent management group that cares about the customers satisfaction,if so give me a shout I’ll definitely be better then what they have.
