This was our first time coming based on the very good reviews. When we walked in we noticed how nice and bright and clean this restaurant is! The hostess that helped us settle in was very kind and welcoming. Then we met our waitress Shannon; so sweet and knowledgeable. We went with some of her recommendations from the menu and were so pleased! Our breakfast was DELICIOUS! We got the Southern Arnold and the Two Eggs and a Cake (I chose the French toast). We had a great experience and the food was comforting and so delish!!!

UPDATE: My Take on it is the same. Do not waste your money. We thought we would give them one more try. It's a NO for me. We walk in and it's totally not busy at all and have to wait 10 minutes just to be seated and then have to wait again cause the seat we was taken too was totally nasty. Not clean at all. Food all over the table and then had to ask again cause something was spilt in seats. Yuck. Totally wet with what looked like a spilt drink. Service was also super slow for our waitress to come to our table for our drink order. We was already ready to order by the time she came for drink order. When we was ready to leave had to wait on ticket and paying. Finally found out all the workers including manager was around bar talking the whole entire time. Yeah DO NOT waste your time. We definitely want be back at all.My take on Toasted Yolk is don't waste your money. The food is not good to me. The pancakes are thick and heavy. I prefer light and fluffy. The food is just not good. Metro Diner is a whole lot better with basically close to the same menu. Metro coffee is flavored where as Toasted Yolk coffee is just the flavored creamer. Don't worry Metro has your Mimosas and your drinks too. This was our first visit and we will not be back.

We came for breakfast on Easter Sunday. The staff was great and the food was fantastic. Our server, Logan, was amazing as well. She was extremely attentive and friendly, even bringing out a clean and fresh bowl of water for our dog. Definitely one our favorite breakfast spots in Dothan!

I absolutely love my toasted yolk. I especially love mimosa Fridays. My waitress today was Christian H. She was phenomenal. I will say there was a group of 3 people who racked up a bill and dine and dashed. I just want to say that they should press charges and if they need help identifying I will surely help. As I love my toasted yolk and will help keep my favorite Friday spot open!! My food was great, my mimosas was great everything was great!

I've been wanting to try this place for some time because I've heard such great things about it and I finally had a chance to visit this morning. Getting a table was easy enough and I was greeted by my waitress promptly.I really enjoyed how the inside of this place was decorated, I really don't know how to explain it so you'll just have to view the photos that are attached to my review. The restroom is also very clean and seems to be up to date and not dated. My waitress was absolutely amazing, since it was my first time here. She helped me navigate the menu and explain some of my options. I ended up going with a big Ben omelette, and upgrading my biscuit to two pieces of granola cinnamon French toast. My side was the hash brown casserole. I also ordered a Paloma to drink. My omelette was very good and fairly portioned. The french toast on the other hand was very large, and it was very tasty I enjoyed every single bite of it. The hash brown casserole looks like a dessert, but when you taste it, it definitely tastes like a hash brown casserole and it is simply delightful. Lastly, my Paloma was great as well, it had that real kick of grapefruit which I really appreciate about it.

Got to Restaurant an hour before close. All staff were more worried about getting the cleaning and other side work done prior to close than they wanted to take care of customers. Brunch food took almost an hour. I ordered a club sandwich and there was more bread than meat. It's not worth the $15 price. Two people for brunch totaled $50. Unless management makes some changes, they will not be open long. I'm not sure I would go back.

Edited 2/15/24: had catered lunch for 12 by Amber. The whole team said the best catered lunch they’ve ever had. Had 2 salads, sandwich tray, and wrap tray. All so tasty. Really couldn’t have done it any better. Amazing job!Friends and I had brunch last week on a weekday. Service and food were phenomenal. You’d expect a new restaurant to be having some hiccups but they’ve got it together. We’ll be regulars.

The menu rules are burdensome to cancer Survivors trying to avoid certain hormone positive foods. The wait staff pitched alcoholic beverages at 7:00 a.m. and doubled down on a hard sell pitch for appetizers as well. I was so frustrated trying to find something on the menu while their words kept on and on describing foods that are restricted from my diet. Regret choosing to try this restaurant. When my food arrived it had two servings of fruit. She didn't mention the main dish came with a sizeable garnish of fruit.
