Good food for relatively cheap, attentive and polite servers, and one of the few restaurants where I don't feel rushed after I eat to give up the table.

My wife was to upset but the young lady was very rude she slammed rag on table no smile then she went to do some other stuff then put order in last I know everyone is busy but she been going there for years that was her last time going to Waffle House on Rossclark Circle in Dothan body language is everything her energy and she never complain bout anyone even at register maybe that’s how this young lady is god bless her but never again the world needs healing if she’s going through something sorry but we will never spend our money there again

I went by to grab a breakfast for my son, who was in the hospital. I found hair & it was totally disgusting. I will not be back there.
They were rude and trying to rush me out because the cook had his family in the store. Brought me my Togo food before I was ready for it and he got mad and slammed it in the garbage…I will never eat here again.

Difficult to get into parking lot due to road construction but once in you'll be welcomed and served quickly. Waitstaff are friendly and attentive. Food is cooked as you ordered. If you like bacon crispy that's how you'll get it. Take note if you order waffles and like them crispy, be sure to say that otherwise you'll get soft waffles. Butter tubs are actually spread, so if you're avoiding preservatives take note. There is no rye bread for toast but wheat, white and raisin are good as are the biscuits. Coffee is always hot and fillups are continuous. The only downside is a jukebox. Usually the breakfast crowd is content to chat with each other but every once and a while, well you know. So I'm local and enjoy this wafflehouse weekly. It's fun to see familiar faces.Good food, good cheer, good atmosphere! Decent prices as well.
I haven't been to wafflehouse since my bar shuting down days (20 years ago). We showed up at the worst time, the after church rush. I was already having a bad day & was dreading my decision. My aggravation melted away when I was greeted with several smiling faces. Then when I was seated at the bar next to a stranger. She introduced me to their regular "Mr. Robertson" & informed how lucky I was, they just don't let anyone sit next to him. Once seated, I was reassured that someone would be right with me by every employee who walked past. For the first time I ordered non breakfast meal, it was amazing. I totally ignored my 2 companions chatting with the vip. I not only got an amazing meal, I was reminded by strangers to slow down and live in the moment when I needed it most. I hope waffle house appreciates what they have with this crew.Thank you guys
The staff were so pleasant and Naomie was a HOOT!!!! WE WILL continue to come here.Just moved to Dothan.
