730 and they lock us in the restaurant and there was at least 15 to 20 people tried to come in but the doors lock and manager and cashier lady is rude as s***

Wendys on the Southside of Dothan is very unprofessional and I hope that corporate office realizes that these employees are decreasing wendys revenue and profit...the Mangers does not care about how the community is treated and the employees learn and mock this behavior. The employees randomly shut down in the middle of the days for hours, telling the community that comes up to drive thru that the systems are down and will not be back up for 20-25 mins. It's 2022, no one systems at a fast food restaurant is that out dated, and if it's true, the Wendy's corporate has detail in the software to work out...but this wendys needs to be revamped and visited by Corporate randomly and often!

This place ain’t worth a hill of beans ,pitiful service, was doing drive through and waited a long time just to be told it will be a 10 minute wait without even ordering. Then was told to pull to the side for no reason . Very rude.

Your big flying sign says your dining room is open but your doors are locked during business hours. This is not good business practice. I don’t recommend your establishment.

This restaurant is disgusting. There is garbage and old food everywhere all over the floor of the dining area and the cooking area. There is a leak so the floors are wet and moldy. The entire building is unsanitary. I don’t know how the health department hasn’t shut it down yet. Stay far away from this place.

If only I could express my complaints here without sounding like a "kaaaryn" ? as a dasher I'm really hating picking up orders here. That's all I'm gonna say.

Went inside today, first off all it stunk! And all of the counters around the empty drink machine were dirty and sticky. There is very little if any cleaning done. I won't even go into the could care less attitude of the cashier. The food was warm, not hot, and the quality was far from what it is at the 84 location.Won't be back?
Got 3 biggie bag meals. Burger, chicken and fries were cold. Couldn't even eat it. Long as it took to get the order I wasn't about to turn around and go back. Won't be back to that Wendy's again.

Reluctantly I pulled in to Wendy's. I selected a Parmesan Caesar salad. And I want to tell you folks, it was excellent. The lettuce was crisp and fresh, the chicken was warm, grilled and tasty. In addition to the sprinkled parmesan it had yummy thin slices of Parmesan cheese. And the bonus that I wasn't going to try, but at last minute decided to, was something called parmesan crisp. They were actually quite good and made only of Parmesan cheese and skim milk and salt. Writing restaurant reviews it's not my thing, it's my son's. But this was just too good to pass up. It came with dressing, but I ate mine without. I still have half of it left because it was a large serving. Now I have dinner as well. Don't write Wendy's off, like I did, give them another try, especially this one on RC circle.

The wait was terrible. Got the wrong drink. Had already driven away when I realized they hadn’t given me half of my order so went back for it. Fries were stall, and the drink was bad.

To be honest I was pleasantly surprised by our visit to this Wendy's. The food was delicious and we were very very pleased overall.

Never got to order sat in drive through no one responded watched multiple cars leave pulled to window several employees walked by none respondedI left went to different location had my elderly parents not requested for supper would never eat again
