I went through the drive thru on my lunch break yesterday. The lady who took my order both through the speaker and at the window was the rudest lady I have ever come in contact with. She has a nasty attitude and was hateful. When I grabbed my drink from her she stated I didn’t have to snatch it. I never snatched anything from her… She threw my card back at me and hit the side of my car going underneath the car. I had to get out to get it and she continued to roll her eyes at me giving me a nasty look through the window. If I were Arby’s she would not be employed any longer. She needs an attitude adjustment! My family will not be returning!

Food was what you expect at Arby's. Almost all of the tables were dirty, no one was policing the tables or the front of house. This place is a mess. Not worth the hassle for trying to fight the traffic on the circle to get in and out of here.
Love the roast beef sandwiches. Grandson loved the mac n cheese bites but dont waste your time on the philly cheese steak. Sorry, they need to let that one got.

It's Arby's, right. What were you expecting. The portions of roast beef are miniscule. Takes 2 to make 1 sandwich. Can I get a little roast beef with my buns? Best deal, 5 for 5. Throw away 3 sets of buns and you have 2 regular sandwiches.

Arby’s is not known for customer service, and this location is no different. Additionally, the food was fine, but not warm. If you want Arby’s it’s a decent enough restaurant, but I have been to better ones.

Stay away from this place!!! I waited in the drive thru at the speaker box for 20 minutes literally. People was jumping out of line. I never thought it was going to take that long. The white guy at the window look like he had been changing oil on his car. His fingernails and hand was dirty and he shouldn't be around food. Never put my Arby's sauce in the bag. On a Sunday Sept 24 2023. This place sucks!!! Hire new people or shut it down!!!
