Waited for over 15 minutes at the drive through window . after ordering on the app to "save time" i sat watching them serve lobby customers for over 15 minutes and with no apology or concern i had waited so long , was told only because i asked that the lobby customers needed help more than i did. I will never ever never come here again. And of course my food was cold when i recieved it.......

Literally waited at the drive through for my food for 1 WHOLE HOUR. Yes. You heard me. An entire hour went by. My husband and I timed it. It's supposed to be fast food for a reason. Management needs to do something about this asap. Oh, and also no one even answered the speaker for over 5 minutes we literally had to drive up to the window to order our food. We thought they were closed until we saw the car in front of us at the window. Honestly, what the heck is going on at this location? I've never seen such a mess like this at any fast food place in my life.

Went for a burger yesterday; the food and service was so good we came again tonight from Daleville lol. There is a little wait but everyone was polite throughout, food was fresh and hot. Makes it worth it. Really appreciate it, thanks!
i went to burger king last night we sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes. The cars behind me left because they were tired of waiting. I wish i had the sense to leave to. Not only was i about dead from starvation but they put tartar sauce on my fish sandwich which i SPECIFICALLY asked them not to.My nuggets were also cold sometimes you can just look at someone and tell they’re gonna mess up your order. I should’ve trusted my instincts and checked my food before i left.

This store is a disgrace to the food and service industry. Everything from the food appearance, quality, food taste, staff attitudes and the site leadership. The manager on the night shift is consistently confused and picking his nose, the employees are not properly trained and the dining area is filthy at night. The wait time ridiculous for amount of business traffic and very high for the industry standards. This is a direct reflection of the Store Manager, Regional Manager and Senior Leadership for this region. There is no food safety/ food defense, and by observation not even the shift leader has clear directions and expectations. Very sad!Fortunately McDonald is 2 minutes away.

My husband and I ordered from the Bk app today. Our food was fresh and hot. The only thing I would say needs to be done is the fries could have cooked a little longer. The lady working drive thur was very nice and we appreciate the fresh hot food. We would go back.
