Took forever to them to make though they weren't busy. It was being "checked for quality" for 30 minute and I had to call to and wait on hold for forever and got told "well now it's leaving" and these fold want to be paid more?? Thats a stretch

I am new to this area and it was first time ordering from Domino's. I placed an order at 4:13 p.m. and I was told my order would arrive within 20 minutes. I called the store to speak with the manager at 5:40 p.m. because my pizza still had not arrived. The manager on duty, Alex, nonchalantly told me that they had a lot of orders. I am sorry but THAT IS NO EXCUSE! I did let him know that had the person taking the order given me the proper expectation I could have made a different choice of restaurants for my dinner as I am on a eating schedule, I have to eat before 6:00 p.m., my pizza arrived at 10 minutes to 6:00!!! MAD DOESN'T BEGIN TO COVER WHAT I AM

Domino's Pizza in Enterprise, Alabama is so disappointing. Two weeks ago I ordered the loaded bacon cheddar tots and within minutes got a phone call that they were out of tots. The guy said he would add $6.99 credit to my account for my next order because the only items they had at the same price, I did not want. I received my food (no tots as expected) but the tots were still on my receipt and I was also charged for the tots. As of last night, the credit still hadn’t shown up on my dominos account but I figured it’s $6.99 and I’ve wasted more money than that before. I really don’t like complaining or confrontation if I can help it but I’m really upset about last nights experience so it’s time.Ordered the loaded bacon cheddar tots again last night because it’s what I wanted for dinner and the photo is what I received… overcooked/almost burnt, no sauce on top and no bacon. Not to mention the one tot I tried tasted like Sonic’s tots when they haven’t changed their oil out! ?Dominos where is your consistency & pride In Your products? ? I wanted these soooo bad.The screenshot from Dominos website depicts how perfect they usually come, that perfect and taste as delicious as they look… other photo is how my tots looked when I received them last night. This wasn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience with Dominos Pizza in Enterprise, Alabama. Probably a year ago-ish I had problems with my order taking 2+ hours to be delivered AFTER the website had shown on the tracker that my pizzas had already been prepped, cooked and went through their “Quality Check”. So I called them to ask about it and the lady that answered the phone was very rude to me. She wouldn’t even let me explain why I was concerned (my pizzas had shown they were cooked an hour ago at that time) or even give me the chance to offer to pick them up. Instead she just kept belting out that she was short staffed. I just let it go and waited another hour to get our pizzas. I didn't order from them again for many many months until here recently.I’m a very understanding and sympathetic person. I know that sometimes stressful situations will make us say things we normally wouldn’t or come off as rude when we aren’t trying to be, but I was very put off by her treatment.Well, looks like this review about my tots order turned into an overall experience review on the chain location in Enterprise, Alabama. ??‍♀️

Although there is no Domino’s here, locally, We drove 40 miles for something different. Domino is worth the drive, especially when you are looking for a quality pizza.

Great food but,if you don't like dealing with the public then please do not get a job that has you doing it. I understand some days suck, but remember I didn't put you in that mood I'm just hungry not here to piss in your

Ordered two pepperoni pan pizzas to he delivered. Left 50$ out since we were taking care of a baby. Some packages were dropped off and the baby was being tucked in and the lady sat outside our house for 5 minutes and then she straight dipped with our pizzas (probably the tip was cash and she thought she wasn't getting tipped) thankfully they didn't take the tip, but jesus... then on top of that they sent us the same garbage stale pizzas. Worst service and even worse delivery drivers. It's always something with delivery.

Not sure why. I eat dominos often but this pizza is horrible. The salad they delivered is BROWN and not edible

I cannot believe they charged me and delivered this salad. You can clearly see it rotting in the CLEAR plastic container. Lack of attention to detail is pretty sorry. Food is your business, right?

Rodeo

So good as always. We got the Philly steak. And loaded .
