Came for an early dinner and was one of only two occupied tables. I ordered one burger, which took about 40 minutes, and the waitress didn’t stop by the table a single time during that period to check in. Food was decent (albeit twice the price it was worth), restaurant was clean, service and timeliness was a huge disappointment.

Just passing thru. The food far exceeded our expectations. The cheese curds were amazing. Wish I had gotten a picture but I could not stop eating them. Highly recommend.Kid-friendliness: Our waiter was very nice with our daughter and answered her questions very patiently.

brought my family here for dinner. overall looked like a clean and well put together restaurant. after placing our order, it took over 30 mins to get our food when we were literally the only guests in the establishment. i ordered the philly, which the meat was burnt to a crisp. i ordered the burgers for my two kids, which had no flavor other then the burnt food on the grill. my spouse ordered the nachos, they were mediocre at best. our server which was the only server in the building was kind, but she hovered a lot.she also kept moving my daughters plate of food when we were trying to get things situated for her. as we were waiting for the check i was watching her talk to the back of house staff as well as the manager on duty. i over heard her stating, " she is one brain cell away from being retarded." now i'm not sure what the topic of the discussion was but that is beyond unprofessional not just in a work place but in a regular setting as well. i understand why this place has 3.8 stars. personally, im shocked they even have that. will not return to this place. please dont waste your time or money here. ITS NOT WORTH IT. ruined our evening as well as waisted our money. i would of been happier throwing $50 in the trash and setting on fire.

Have eaten here a few months back and was very good. This visit was very bad! Nachos were stale and were like rubber. Sandwich was advertised on texas toast but showed up on regular bun. Chicken was over cooked and tough to eat. Usually has good music playing, but this time, music coming kitchen area was rap, with lyrics containing the "F" word quite often! Will not be visiting this establishment again!

Food was good but holy hell was the service the worst. Stood at the front for 10 minutes while all of the employees were out back for a smoke break, the waitress also had an attitude. Never once did the waitress come to check on us unless we literally stared her down. Tried to get her attention for 15 minutes to get our check, when we eventually did it took another 10 to get it brought to us and then we waited literally 20 minutes for our check to be picked up so we eventually went to the front to pay and it took another 10 minutes. No apologies and no effort. And there were 3 other tables total, so its not like it was packed. It was baffling how bad the service was. And most of the bad reviews are about the service yet nothing seems to be getting done about it

I had the all American burger, I believe yhat was the name. My mother-in-law had the Bleu cheese one. We had the fried pickles and jalapeño bites. The apps where really good, fabulous. The burgers not so much. Very plain, like no seasoning what so ever on the meat. Won't go back for the burgers.

Me and my girlfriend were goin out for dinner for our anniversary and decided to go to fatboys seeing as how we've never been before and it seemed like an interesting place even if the prices seemed a bit much. Whatever kind of greens they put at the bottom of my burger made me want to hurl before I even tasted my burger. And then the server who gave us our drinks basically clocked out before she got our food out to us so another server had to bring us our food and our check. Overall this was the worst first impression I've ever had at a restaraunt I've never been to before. Its like theyre trying to be creative with their burgers and failin miserably at it. Never comin back here.

Anytime I've eaten here, the food has been very good and the service was excellent. It's a little pricey, but it's worth the extra money when you get great food and service. Sometimes on gameday I order a platter of wings. I've never been disappointed.
