So I made a mobile order and on the bag it said 1 small French fries and I look inside and there no fries in there and I got charged 1.00 for the fries that I was supposed to get but didn’t.

A whole lot of miserable people work here at night/morning. They barely acknowledge your existence or are outright rude. Get out there and find a better job if you're so unhappy about where you work. No one is stopping you. It's really sad to see how the quality of help in most places has gotten so low in Enterprise over the years. McDonald's once had a group of fairly pleasant people working there. Those times have passed

It's McDonald's . My only gripe is when i order food and get told to pull to a parking spot, and they'll bring me my food .. i recommend that every last one of you say NO . If you decide that you're such a nice person to park for them so they can take longer bringing you your order so they can serve next person in line while you wait, then you may as well get a free drink , sundae , small fries , or something to have on the house while you wait or stay at window if they say no , don't pull forward so they learn how to move faster for that timer they're onMm mmm im luvin it

No specials, just items like a McDouble or McChicken. Today topped it off with having to wait 10 minutes for 4 drinks. That’s all that was ordered. I’m not sure what happened but we miss the good experiences.

Not one customer was greeted, 2 stood in line and order was never taken and walked out.Only way we got ours was ordering at the kiosk.They're obviously more concerned about being on their phones in the lobby!! SMH!
