Milanos is phenomenal. I ordered for me and my boyfriend tonight, I got there first and ordered for us for here at the register, the payment method was a bit iffy but when I was sat, they brought our appetizers. Then they brought out food when my boyfriend had been sat as well. The owner was so patient with us and helped made our evening wonderful (dimming the lights and such). When he brought our desserts, I asked if they had some sort of birthday candles because I had left mine at home. He brought us a makeshift candle and it worked. He was so cooperative and helpful which made our night wonderful. One of the employees brought our cake to the car to us that we had accidentally left. Definitely will return for another date or special occasion:)

I have frequented this restaurant 3 times and the food is good, however, the service is terrible as it relates to attitude and placing orders. I live 20 minutes away and so I call ahead to prevent a wait. Two of the 3 times I called for 20 minutes and they would not answer the phone while they are open. When I arrived to place my order af6er calling for 30 minutes the lady told me it would be a 45 minute wait. I expressed that if someone had answered I could have placed my order and not have to wait 45 minutes. Both the lady and the younger gentleman acted as if they could careless. Attitude and customer service is ZERO for me. I will not return no matter how good the food is.

I have never had a good experience at this restaurant. Once I ordered chicken alfredo and they gave me chicken parm. When I said it wasn't what I ordered, they were rude and told me that's what they made me. On another occasion, I went for lunch, wanted tea and when I got "tea" from the urn it was clear like water. When I mentioned it to the lady there, she told me it was tea, I showed her that it was clear and was water, she told me it was tea. It was literally in a clear glass and there was NO color to it at all. Save yourself the trouble, just avoid.

We walked in and my wife asked if the menus was in the chalk board the guy behind the counter started yelling “EXCUSE ME” at least 4 time. We have never been so disappointed in a place before. It used to be our favorite spot to eat but that was about 10 years ago.

This a great spot with a cozy family vibe. I felt welcomed.The food was all fresh and delicious and at a fair price. They give you a creamy Cesar salad and warm buttery garlic knots to start your entre.More people need to check this place out, it's a hidden gem.
