We stopped by the Enterprise Al Sante Fe. Mrs Melba was our waitress. She was so sweet and attentive to our needs. The food was delicious even though I ordered more than I could eat. We will definitely visit again. We enjoyed the 22 ounces Tbone steaks, nachos, salad not included and rolls with cinnamon butter not included. But it was definitely ?!

1st and last time dinning in this restaurant. As soon as we walked in the host already look annoyed or mad for whatever reason ask how many we said 7 and she left I guess to look for some tables she came back wrote down some thing and just stood there to then we kindly ask how long was it gonna be she said 10mins perfect. 15 minutes went by, and a party of 7 people that came after us got seated, and we just kept waiting. When we finally sat down, the waiter came about 5 mins after, took our drink order, and left. Came back 20 mini lated with our drinks and took our order . We asked for 2 startea, whichever they took about 15 min. No bid deal once they brought our started we didn't have no forks or any utensils, our food arrive and still no utensils we asked the waiter she said she'll be right back that took 20mins I had to go to the bar in which she was in the kiosk and I asked for utensils again and she responds " I know I need to roll them " I didn't not even respond just stood there with my baby and then she quickly went to the back and got plastic ones and said "here I don't have time to roll them" in which I said "it's ok" . Our food was already cold , our steak wasn't cooked properly. Needless to say, it was a horrible experience

We had a wonderful experience. Our server was knowledgeable, friendly, and on point. I have been a server at Pineapple Willy's, Schooner's, and Angelo's Steak Pit on Panama City Beach, FL so I know the restaurant business pretty well. And, Santa Fe was hands down excellent all the way around!

We were in Enterprise to look at a car. On the way home we noticed the restaurant and with the lack of of other options towards home, we stopped. The wait was very short and we were sat at a table per my choice. We weren't even seated yet and a girl introduced herself as our server started taking our drink orders. It was then that I noticed we were underneath a speaker to a TV that was extremely loud. She came out with our drinks and tried to take our orders but the music was extremely loud and it was hard to hear. She had to tell us three times there was no bread to give out but was hard to hear. I mentioned it to our server, but she just shrugged it off. While we were waiting for our orders, tried to have a conversation with the kids. It's not often they put down the phones to talk to me but again it was too loud. Our food came out and the wife finally texted me what she wanted for dinner, I put in the order and asked the server about turning it down, she just turned ans put in the order. Then she brought me two bills. I couldn't figure out why she couldn't put it all on one ticket. Then another lady came by and turned the TV off. I said thank you and she said we have live music. I said it was extremely loud and I asked for it to be turned down twice. Now the food tasted good and was cooked properly. I will say that. We finished our food, then our server pulled a disappearing act, and when she did come by, she would bee line to wherever and not even look in our direction. We only wanted a refil and a togo box. She came for the check and we told her what we needed. She never brought it. Then she brought the check back to be signed and we asked again but never got what we asked for. She did say the there was now bread after we had already ate. After waiting way longer for one togo meal than we did for three meals, I saw people who came in after I put in the togo order get their food before us. She brought it out and walked away as I was asking again. So we waited even longer than I wanted to but my daughter was determined to take her food home. She came out and asked us why we were still there. We finally got our togo box. I guess they don't do refills. I don't foresee us going there again.Kid-friendliness: Not very kid friendly as it is very loud

We went at the busiest time on a Saturday night. We only had to wait about 10 minutes. Abbie, our server was absolutely the best! She was so sweet and kind making sure we had everything we needed! The food was amazing! We were very satisfied with our service there and we plan too be back as soon as possible!!! If you go, ask for Abbie, we loved her!!!

2-24-24. I had lunch there and had the hamburger steak mashed potatoes and the cinnamon pear. My mom had catfish fillets baked potato and green beans. The food was good. But the waiter was very rude. I ordered a beer and didn't get it till I was almost finished.
