Cleaning supplies where food is prepared, it wasn't closing time and they have put food away for new subs. Staff had attitude that it was customers at the time. They wanted me to pick different sub, customer before us left due to the same reasons. Not professional just wish employees care about job and wanted to work. It's like they are annoyed by customers. Sad.

Food was great and service from the young lady Katie was excellent. The other staff member working didn't seem too friendly or in a rush to help complete orders. There were three customers in line as well as an online order that had to be made. The order that was being worked on ahead of me was four sandwiches. Help was called three times before showing up to get the line down. This location would get five stars if not for the lack of teamwork. There were a few other instances during my visit that showed Katie has patience. Katie's friendliness and composure is what gave this location four stars.

I ordered online and it gave me a time 15 minutes from then. I saw a bag of food just laying on the counter sitting next to the sink. Sadly, that was my food and I had to wait till two other people finished ordering. What’s the point of ordering online if I still have to wait for everybody, even though my food was ready and paid for. I saw water splash on the bag when one girl washed her hands. Of course the whole sub was warm and I didn’t have it toasted. I paid for extra cheese and got normal amount. Won’t return to this store again.

I just ordered two 12" subs yesterday on line and picked them up and brought home to eat. Mine was meatball sub and it wasn't bad as far as the quantity of meat verses bread. Now when my husband unwrapped his he had hardly no ,eat a all. There was barely enough meat to fill a 6" sub let alone a 12". One side had a little bit of meat but the second side was pitiful with only about 3 pieces of beef and the rest of the bread was empty. They figured since I ordered on line and would only unwrap them when I get home I would'nt drive back to return it, That's how they save money, on the people d*** enough to order on line. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS STORE UNLESS YOUR THERE AND CAN SEE HOW MUCH MEAT YOU GET AND PAY FOR BECAUSE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF BIG TIME.

If I could give this place, zero stars, I would. They don’t even deserve one star not only was I not greeted when I arrived I sat there for approximately 10 minutes. Nobody spoke with me or even looked at me,but the worker behind the register was talking to a gentleman who seemed to be her friend and still did not acknowledge me. Upon sitting there a roach was crawling inside the food area behind the glass which i let the staff know, not acceptable. I left immediately
