Went yesterday to order some food after a long drive from being out of town. Was not told about any wait time, as it was not entirely busy. But all the employees were sitting on their phones, while there were customers waiting to be served. There was absolutely no reason for them to take 15-20 minutes to make my order, while they decided to stand around on their phones and ignore what needed to be taken care of. I have no problem for employees to be on their phone, but make sure your customers are taken care of first, and that you don't have orders waiting to be handed out and what not.

Me and coworkers ordered lunch today and it was really nasty We called and we were told that they would remake the food for us And when we went to pick it up the said they didn't know what we were talking about so we called and and the "manager said that they don't remake food and also they didn't know how our food could be nasty because it's premade and that we need to go through Uber eats to get a refund

Assistant General Manager Jada is arguably the most kind, sincere, to the point woman you could ever ask for. My experience at Tropical Smoothie was nothing less than phenomenal because of her.
