It was extremely dirty. I dont think the chairs or the coke machine has ever been moved to clean or mop. Alao there was tons of roaches everywhere. Dont think I will go back.

Food was horrible. No cheese on the fries. I would not ever go back to Zaxby’s in Enterprise Alabama. The managers are very not professional now go group chat this message.

I truly think since a new manager has stepped in and poured their all into this food chain it has made a huge difference. After Covid, the place was going down quick and it was showing with their service and food. I can say now the food has gotten so much better, the inside is clean and taken care of more, and the staff are overall nice. So happy it has picked back up because it’s one of my favorite places to eat!

Food is always soggy, employees always smell like weed (when they pass at the tables, we can smell them), and look like they don't care to be there, and the bathrooms are atrocious. The last time I went there was this last week, and the lady at the cash register was kind and polite and well spoken.
Never had a bad experience so far. Always good with good amount of sauce or seasoning.

Literally went throw the line no one was on head set sat at the window with the kids in there just talking they never opened it! Then was finally able to order my food and waited outside 30 min for them to bring it out! Never
