One thing is not getting what I asked for due to gossip and carry-on verbally. 2nd thing, why I'm I crunching on dirt eating chicken? I do not recommend Chester's at all. There are other choices but eating chicken that you know hit the floor and getting served is a no no. I'm a big chef and I know many people of the state. Of course I'm reporting this to ADOH. If I get sick at least I know who's liable. Dirt is a physical contamination.

We paid for a large liver received less then a small in a side container and hours old at 6 pm and the employees refused to cook any more . Lazy employees liver is not a side items !!! Wedges are cold and not cooked all the way . 3 employees standing behind the counter with expired cold food and don't know what main entree and sides are and to lazy to cook food at 6:00 pm.

Stopped in on 9/24/23 around 11:45am, and my wife tried to order me some chicken livers. A short rotund black girl said we have none and we ain't making any. My wife came out and told me. I went in and watched as a very nice older black lady with glasses, and a mask was tossing livers in flour to cook them. I asked the same short girl who was rude to my wife for a medium chicken liver. She said, "we ain't got any, and we ain't making em." I said, "Even though she (pointing at the older lady) just tossed a bunch in flour and is ready to cook them? The older lady said, "I just put some together and am about to drop them." The rude little short girl with no name tag asked if I wanted to pay now. I paid, she gave me no receipt, and was just all around rude, and has no business working with people. Please don't confuse her for the very well-kept young black lady who was working Godfathers pizza. She was very pleasant.

Came here for dinner with the family, we all got the new Chester’s sandwich and they were already premade in a warming case. My son also ordered some Mac and cheese. How a sandwich can be soggy and dry at the same time astounds me. One of them the bun and chicken was also Burt from being too close the the heating element. Mac and cheese was bland and pasta was undercooked. Also when ordering a combo you don’t even get a drink. Customer service was incredibly rude and short with us when ordering. Will never eat at a Chester’s again.

This is the second time this has happened to me. I didn't say anything before, but now...As a truck driver, time is important to me, so I don't like wasting my time. I called them to place an order for a large gizzard. The lady said ok, and we hung up. I arrived about 10 minutes later. I parked and walked inside. Stood in line and waited my turn. I informed them that I was the one to call about the large gizzard. These people tell me we don't have any. I'm like, what?! I just called. They said well we have some, but we have to prep them. I said, "That's why I called. If you weren't or didn't want to do it, someone should have told me, and I wouldn't have stopped.I'm so sick of them wasting my time.
