Ordered a burger with no sauce. Receipt says no sauce. Person who handed me the bag said no sauce. Look at the burger and it's loaded with sauce.. still ate

Your employees play too much. I politely greeted Aminah at the register who then looked away and kept giggling with the other employees while people who didn't work there kept going in and out of the kitchen door. She glanced back at me and then began yapping at someone else and I said, "Ma'am are you ready?" Incredibly dismissive and supremely rude. Don’t order the big ham sandwich I know three-year-olds that would eat more. I asked the manager if it was normal to have two pieces of meat on the sandwich and she yelled at me.

Ordered a famous star and fries! Fries were soggy and cold, hamburger meat wasn't warm and the bun was soggy. Unreal charge top dollar and get disgusting food.
